In the magic cauldrons and under the fairy hands of the adorable Valerie, the best jams of Rodrigues are prepared, without preservatives or coloring agents, based exclusively on citrus fruits, combined or not with other fruits grown in the garden such as papaya, raspberry, mango, etc. Valerie also makes homemade fruit juices, achards, sweet and sour lemon, brioche, etc.

Bien plus que de la confiture.....
Super établissement ou on peut déguster gateaux, brioches jus de fruits frais du jardin, et bien sûr les confitures de Valérie.
Valérie et son mari sont des personnes adorables, accessibles et surtout passionnés par ce qu ils font.
Une de nos meilleures rencontres a Rodrigues !!!!!!!
