It's impossible to miss the bright yellow and red of this Italian restaurant on the main road, facing the salt flats. A few tables almost on the sidewalk, a handful of others in the dining room, and the rest in the open air in a pretty interior patio. It is the Frenchman Eric who runs the place, and we don't skimp on quality: organic arugula, cold cuts imported from the Botte region, raw cheeses... Pasta and ravioli are fresh and homemade, the salads are generous and the artisanal pizzas are cooked in a state-of-the-art wood-fired oven. Yummy!

A great success story for this Italian restaurant, considered a reference in the north of France for many years! Following in Marco's footsteps, Aaron and his parents keep the business going, perpetuating the recipe for these delicious and famous pizzas, in a choice of 2 versions: normal or family, made with white or wholemeal flour. You can also enjoy fresh pasta or homemade lasagne, not forgetting the antipasti. The dining room and shaded terrace are simple but pleasant, and the service is smiling. Reservations are recommended at weekends! Takeaway also available.

On the first floor of the Observatory building (the aptly named), this is the only restaurant to offer, from its large shaded terrace open to the four winds, an unobstructed view of Port Louis Bay and the harbour.
