The restaurant has an observation platform, with a steel structure fixed to the rock. This restaurant offers a very good regional cuisine. The local cuisine is honored every day thanks to a search for quality in the products and in the art of marrying them. However, the restaurant is only open during the day.

Facing the rio das Almas, far from the noise, the restaurant of the Catalan chef Juan Pratginestos is an excellent address for those looking for a place to eat well. The decoration attracts the eyes of art lovers, with several objects and paintings displayed in the lounge. On the plate, fresh homemade pasta and regional dishes reviewed by the chef. The whole team is very attentive and concerned about the satisfaction of the guests. The Picadinho de Lygia is particularly recommended. The Dessert Ganache of coffee is a delight.

One comes to the restaurant for the pleasures of the table or for the exceptional decoration. At the Atma Resort (which is also a beautiful pousada), one comes here for the spectacular view, perhaps the most beautiful in the Chapada, from the huge bay windows of this sophisticated restaurant. And to make matters worse, the food is delicious and hearty. Prices are a little higher than average, but still affordable. The meat with tamarindo sauce is delicious and the grilled fish perfectly prepared. Worth a try!

As its name indicates, the Mormai Surf Bar is a concept... necessarily unusual in Brasilia, where surfers are few. A restaurant, bar and shop on the shores of Lake Paranoa where you feel like you're at the beach. The atmosphere is relaxed, but rather preppy. At noon, we help ourselves to the central buffet: seafood salads, vegetables, seeds... In the afternoon, we come here to have an iced açai, prepared with banana and guarana syrup. The house also serves good sushi platters, but the prices are quite prohibitive.

Considered the best restaurant on the island, Restaurante Maravilha's menu is signed by chef Joca Pontes, who has won numerous awards from Brazilian and international gastronomic magazines. He offers a very good contemporary cuisine that highlights regional ingredients. When you eat at the outdoor tables, facing the island's landscape, you get a taste of paradise.

Located in a superb and vast colonial house, the restaurant Bene Da Flauta, named after a great artist from Ouro Preto, offers all the great classic dishes of Minas Gerais cuisine such as torresmo, tutu mineiro or feijao tropeiro, well concocted. It has one of the most beautiful cellars in the region where Brazilian, Chilean or Argentinean wines rub shoulders with beautiful cachaça references. The room on the second floor offers a superb view of the city.

For those who want to try an original and quality adventure, the restaurant "Vernissage" is an interesting address to try in this "little Finland". A nice restaurant in the middle of nature, by the river, which has built a good reputation in the region. On the menu, trout (of course!), shrimps, salmon, fondue, duck, wild boar, among others. For the winter evenings, the cassoulets will be very appreciated. It is also an art gallery. The prices are a bit high, but they are justified.
