Perched on a hill overlooking the sea, they have been recently renovated and are therefore comfortable with air conditioning and shower. The hotel offers packages of 3 days or more including accommodation, meals and activities. A practical option for discovering the area without getting bored. Great views of the South China Sea.

Directly on the beach of Sabang, the Big Apple offers decent and well kept rooms, in an authentic style. But above all an impressive number of activities, many of which are dedicated to diving (courses, PADI, recreational dives...). Dive center obliges, we appreciate the swimming pool which is used as much for the trainings as for the relaxation. We like the atmosphere in the bar and in the restaurant which - quite rare - serves 24 hours a day and where a barbecue is proposed every day. Friendly atmosphere, good to meet people. We recommend it.

Located on Sugar Beach, the Bermuda Beach Resort is a place where you can feel good in Bermuda shorts and flip-flops. Decorated in a slightly kitschy "farm and fish" concept, it offers comfortable rooms and cozy bungalows (though without hot water). A restaurant offers Filipino and Italian dishes, with a pool table, a reading corner (with a library, which can be useful because the evenings are not very lively), and some Filipino handicrafts. All kinds of cheap rooms, even if the whole is not a crazy charm. 

Aquaventure Reef has been completely renovated in 2019, from the outdoor spaces (pool, beach access, terrace) to the indoor amenities (rooms and restaurant), everything has been redesigned. The rooms are cute with a little Japanese ryokan feel, the bedding is comfortable. Very well located, Aquaventure Reef is close to the most beautiful diving sites and will be an excellent stopover for travelers who come for this reason. A buffet restaurant is available every day. One thing that hasn't changed is the beautiful sunset.

Simple but a suitable option to spend a few days near the Free Zone without getting ruined. Two other addresses (I and III) are available, as well as a more comfortable hotel, City Inn, with Wi-Fi.

Just six minutes from the airport, a little way from the hustle and bustle of the city, this guesthouse offers rooms at very reasonable prices. A spartan address, with an unattractive facade, but which can help out and is suitable for those who travel on a budget, as it is one of the cheapest addresses in the city. The rooms and bathrooms are basic but the staff is pleasant and makes the place less gloomy. It is located near the market and the city center and especially close to the pier where boats leave for Pandan Island. For a night of transit, it does the trick.

The pension has some rooms with a view of the harbour. The rates are mild.

It is the first on the road and one of the best maintained. Some bungalows have a terrace on stilts, right next to the waterfall. These traditional bungalows are not new and do not offer all the necessary comfort, but they are picturesque and not expensive at all (guaranteed change). Mosquito squadrons are skirmishes at night, but protected by the mosquito net, we are lulled into the noise of the river. Emma Saldua prepares meals on demand. To climb the river to its source, take a ten-minute walk from Emma House.

There are of course diving packages available as well as other activities such as a picnic on the beach, an excursion to the Tamaraw waterfalls or a day at the Puerto Galera golf course.
