Just a stone's throw from the Zócalo, this excellent restaurant, inaugurated in 1976, serves regional and international specialities in a beautiful, bright, elegant and welcoming room. You can also enjoy a meal outside in the courtyard, where the fountain provides a relaxing backdrop. The " lechón al horno estilo tehuantepec " ("suckling pig in the oven in the tehuantepec style") is a real delight and not to be missed. The staff is very pleasant and will be able to guide you to choose regional dishes that meet your desires.

The restaurant is a small reproduction of a village thanks to various elements skilfully arranged. The kitchen is Mexican and international. It eats an original dish such as the molcajete served in a container of volcanic stone or the pibil pollo (chicken that is traditionally cooked in a home on the ground and normally served in some parties). Nothing exceptional, however: more folk than gastronomic.

The aboriginal people are loyal to this casual and trendy restaurant. The bread is home and the dishes come from a beautiful Asian-Caribbean fusion. Babe's 2 opened beside the Maktub.

One of the biggest haciendas offering a catering service. It is located south of Coyoacán, near the exit for Cuernavaca. The framework is really beautiful.

The Canasta is a safe value of Saltillo in international cuisine. So sure that it is better to book on weekends. The map is wide and varied, with attentive staff. It's a good thing that the decoration is not a bit retouched, so it feels like returning back to the 1980 s. Some of them will find some charm.

This is the Hotel Majestic restaurant on the 7 ^th floor, overlooking the Zócalo. Very nice frame. The kitchen is Mexican and international. In the weekend, buffet ranchero (barbacoa) and orchestra. Some Mexican specialities to report: Aztec soup, tizoc beef fillet, cooked meat in the traditional molcajete (stone receptacle). Prices are reasonable.

This is the hotel restaurant of the same name. In the patio of the old colonial house, the romantic restaurant - especially in the evening - offers a very good cuisine. A very balanced map (salads, meat, fish…), good products, Mexican and international cuisine and good service… guarantees of a good meal.

Don't miss to taste the dessert pancakes with cajeta and nuts. Delicious!

Overlooking the river, Don Manuel is the restaurant of Hotel Nututun. In a large and beautiful room, the chef offers quality Mexican and international cuisine. The map is very balanced (salads, meat, fish, vegetarian dishes) and impeccable service.

Los Equipales is an excellent address for those who want to treat themselves to hearty international cuisine: lobsters, steaks, pork chops... For breakfast too, you can expect a wide choice of egg dishes, cereals, pancakes, chilaquiles and fresh fruit juices. Meals are taken upstairs, with a nice view of the city and some fresh air to accompany the margaritas... or the strong morning coffee. There is a very pleasant family atmosphere and the owners are charming.

Located in the heart of the El Morro hotel, it serves international cuisine. 

The same owner as Mansión Stands, a very nice decor. Italian-Argentine restaurant (pizza and meat, no pasta!). In the evening, a musician comes to the place where you can enjoy a very good kitchen.
