Read moreA recent observatory, located in the south of the region of Coquimbo, at 1 140 m above sea level and less than 4 km from the village of Combarbalá, famous for its precious stone unique in the world. The centre has four quality telescopes (based on the position of the stars of the South Cross), a multimedia hall and an amphitheatre for various artistic and scienfitiques activities. Less known to foreigners, this site can deserve a detour.
