Nicknamed the Estacion Central, this terminal has a good number of bus companies such as Tur Bus, Pullman, JAC, Condor Bus. Most of the companies serve the cities north of the capital and the coast. Every day there are many departures to Valparaiso, Viña del Mar, Rancagua, Talca, Iquique, Arica, La Serena and Coquimbo. There are also less frequent departures to the south of the country to Concepcion, Temuco, Pucon, Puerto Montt or Osorno.

From Santiago, several bus companies (Turbus, Condor, Pullman...) make the trip almost every hour. When you arrive, a small kiosk dedicated to tourist information will give you a map to find your way. There are regular departures to the north of the country, to La Serena, Vallenar, Copiapó, then Antofagasta, Iquique or Calama. For the southern cities (Temuco, Osorno, Puerto Varas or Puerto Montt), the buses pass by the capital and stop there.

This large terminal serves in particular the southern region of Chile. Choose for example Bus Norte to Puerto Montt and intermediaries, or Línea Azul.
