In keeping with the hotel's image, the Analatsara restaurant offers a fine menu and quality service. On the menu are revisited classics: grilled chicken with honey and ginger, spaghetti with white truffle oil and foie gras, zebu daube, lobster and cicada on a hot stone, zourite civet or fish romazava with manioc, a real treat. On the sweet side: homemade cakes, mango carpaccio, gâteau de songe or bonbon coco vanille. Accommodation is now available in bungalows (€75 per night for two) and family homes.

Opened in 2017, La Petite Cour has established itself as the best table in Majunga. Chef Cabillaud worked at Terres Blanches, a true restaurateur as we like. A beautiful presentation, appetizing dishes and an extensive wine list to offer a European-style cuisine inspired by the fresh products available. To know, the restaurant exhibits and sells the works of Emilie Blue (www.facebook.com/emilie.blue.artist/), the artists of the area often deposit works to Christophe (who does not take any commission on the sales).

In a décor reminiscent of Brittany (photos of… Breton lighthouses of course), delicious salées salty cakes are tasted (prepared in front of you), sweet pancakes, rustic ones, gourmets, fresh salads, ice cuts and a delicious Sunday with caramel. We accompany the whole of a Breton cider bolée! A nice, intimate and friendly address.

It's the restaurant that's a hit with the locals. Well, copious and cheap, we eat standing by the roadside, no fuss. Good plan for small budgets and big eaters!

Restaurant/bar with terrace on the street, serving good food and tapas. The Patio also offers some simple but well-kept rooms with private bathrooms and hot water. A warm welcome from Pierre-Jean and his team. Free swimming pool at the Sorafa for guests of the hotel "Le Patio" and wifi.

The restaurant is located right next to the rova of Ambohimanga. We eat there a Malagasy kitchen of quality. The setting is pleasant, the views on the surroundings are beautiful, the site is pleasant when it is hot, a little cold during the winter (July/August). Another option could be to eat at Tsaratazana, a small address located close to the parking, there too the view on the surroundings is ideal. We warmly recommend it to have a coffee!

Since March 2017 the Nosy Ben, the restaurant of the Clair de Lune hotel has been taken over by Benoit Bernard, the star chef of French cuisine, who has made this establishment an indispensable table on the island. On the menu the products found on the market in the morning. Open to visitors, it also offers cooking classes.

The small address to pass before boarding a taxi-bush (the station is 10 steps), to eat local in a safe place for your stomach.

A new address for small budgets, Bento by l'Orion has opened its doors under the Orion restaurant. Travelers and residents come here for the "bento" formula composed of a dish of their choice (with a choice of meat in sauce, seafood or fish) accompanied by rice and achards, all followed by a dessert. Chinese fondues and sushi are also available. It is possible to consume on the spot or to prefer to take away. Bento by l'Orion is therefore a good little address to treat yourself at a lower cost.

Incontournable, the Incontournable café, has lovely rooms around a swimming pool but, above all, a beautiful terrace on the banks of the river to taste local specialities with the backdrop of the dhow parade that goes back to fishing or go out. Guaranteed fresh products: lots of crab, roasted shrimp, sea skewers, sole sole or barracuda steak steak. The hotel also offers fishing trips to the bulk.
