Read moreTananomby is located in Madagascar, and is best reached by road. Numerous taxi-brousses depart daily from the Fasanikarana bus station, south of Tana, heading south. Several transport cooperatives also travel to Fandriana, such as Fifitafa and Afa Express. However, to go directly to Tananomby, there is only one taxi-brousse, Hassina's, whose departure dates are unpredictable. We advise you to contact Christian on 033 08 561 71 for departure times. From Tananarive, take the southern route, National 7 (N7), and about 7 kilometers before Ambositra, take National 41 (N41) towards Fandriana. It's important to note that this road is currently in very poor condition, which considerably lengthens the journey time. Once in Fandriana, take the track towards Sahamadio and follow the signs to Tananomby.
