Hiking Lebanon

The Club des Vieux Sentiers is a hiking association based in Beirut. Founded 40 years ago, the club offers hikes in different parts of the country. Walks vary in difficulty and are guided by experienced members. Hikers are invited to gather early in the morning for a bus departure to the starting point of the hike.

Liban Trek is a company specializing in hiking tours in Lebanon. They offer hiking excursions and cultural trips, with customized itineraries available on request. Participants can be picked up along the way. For multi-day hikes, accommodation is provided in monasteries, guesthouses or campsites. Equipment such as snowshoes can be hired. In addition to trekking, Liban Trek also offers guided tours focusing on the sustainable development of Lebanon's rural areas, allowing visitors to discover local cuisine, hidden sites and culture. Finally, they also organize trips abroad, with destinations such as Georgia. It is important to note that Liban Trek has no insurance to cover participants during their excursions, and cannot be held responsible for any accidents or consequences that may arise.
