The lodge is extremely well located on the banks of the Zambezi outside the park but only 10 minutes from the entrance. Very luxurious. It has safari tents (deluxe, presidential or family) decorated with wood and light colors. Each with an incredible plunge pool facing the Zambezi. The Sausage Tree bar is nestled in the branches of a huge tree, while the infinity pool faces the wet, open banks where the animals drink. Between game drives, walking safaris, canoeing and tiger fishing, you can relax at the spa.

This large and affordable complex is located on the Zambezi River, next to the Boat Club and the entrance to Mosi-Oa-Tunya Park. The riverside location is very pleasant. There is a bar restaurant and an in-ground pool on a teak deck. The chalets are beautiful and comfortable. Behind the main lodge: 20 light tents, raised on platforms with two cots and fan. The campground is a little further away. Communal sanitary facilities are spotless.

The Croc Valley Camp is an excellent budget address located on the banks of the Luangwa River at the entrance of the National Park and Mfuwe, it has a small swimming pool, a bar and a restaurant with a cosmopolitan and lively atmosphere. There is a choice of spacious double safari tents, air-conditioned dormitories with 2 to 4 beds, a camping site and a good deal: pretty double "eco-tents" for rent, fully equipped. Ping-pong table, hammocks hanging on the river bank in front of the hippos. Optional: full board with 2 activities per day and transfer.

A 20-minute walk from Cairo Road, the bus station and malls in central Lusaka, this is the historic hostel for budget travelers in Zambia. Although quite busy, the place is pleasant with its friendly staff, its small pool (unfortunately green due to lack of maintenance) and its bar under a straw hut. The rooms are rustic, not always totally clean, with wooden beds and local fabric bedspreads. It is possible to order food, but a common kitchen is also available.

One of the first tourist addresses of the region, located under the trees on the edge of the lake. It is a haven of peace. The campground has sanitary facilities with hot water. The 10 cottages with verandas all offer a breathtaking view of the lake. The rooms are simple but air-conditioned, spacious and colorful. Small swimming pool and bar on the beach (no swimming in the lake, reserved for crocodiles!). The restaurant serves good family cuisine. Among the activities offered, lake cruises, canoeing or fishing.
