Located, as its name suggests, on the second floor of the Fairmont, the site offers a breathtaking view of the jet d'eau and the Alps... The lounge is especially worth a visit for the view, and in winter it's a cosy place to enjoy a cup of tea or a taste of the great classics, at any time of day in a calm, hushed atmosphere, not bad for a break between two explorations. Avoid hot chocolates in winter, however, as they are frozen. At the end of the day, the bar next door raises the decibels and electrifies the atmosphere.

Al dente and always full of creativity. It's Crans-Montana's trendy place to enjoy a drink, pizza or contemporary Italian dishes. Chic yet relaxed, we let ourselves be guided through the 24 gins and homemade bitters (a blend of aromatic herbs and macerated spices) that Miguel or Lorenzo recommend for a cocktail concocted to suit our tastes. Evenings end at 10.30pm, but the trendy lounge atmosphere lasts all day long. Don't miss the DJ's and other themed events such as fashion shows.

A slightly offbeat place that looks like a garage renovated with retro furniture. At Yvette de Marseille, there is a real air of the south with this terrace shaded in the summer and the bar with a nice choice of pastis, a decoration with old frames and furnished with old benches, chairs and bistro tables. It is one of the fashionable places in Geneva where you can meet in the evening with friends for a drink around a small menu of 8 tapas and 2 desserts (tarte tatin). You can taste hummus with Lebanese bread, nachos with guacamole or shrimp skewers. Warm welcome, only the southern accent and cicadas are missing on sunny days. An address full of life in good weather.

A modern-day guinguette spirit, ideally installed on the left bank of the Rhône in fine weather. Floral ornaments are omnipresent, and you can sit back and contemplate the lake in this urban setting. It's the place to be for afterworks. The ephemeral long bar offers a range of snacks, including sandwiches and salads , and tastings of Geneva wines. The atmosphere is very peaceful, without being stuffy. It's a very pleasant spot on the riverbank, and very popular in summer for aperitifs!

Located in the heart of the Pâquis, the Boléro bar is unique. Its baroque decoration with bright colors, its paintings of mythical American actresses such as Marylin Monroe or Audrey Hepburn or the cool and lively atmosphere make this place an ideal and friendly place to go for a drink on the terrace in the summer, a beer with friends or the very good and beautiful cocktails that make the reputation of the house. The establishment offers good cigars. Cocktails certainly enticing, but also cigars to be discovered.

Beneath the pines that emancipate themselves thanks to the clement climate of the Riviera, it is pleasant to end the day in a retro and trendy place. The Montreux Eurotel and its lounge bar the Purple Fish are among these places. In the summer we let ourselves go sipping cocktails while awakening our senses to the rhythm of the ambient live music: Friday and Saturday, from 5.30 pm to 8.30 pm, it's live music or DJ. In winter, the magic happens under the dome which welcomes us in a ephemeral way. A place that changes with the seasons so that we never relive the same moment!

It is difficult to define La Fabrik 46'' and that is undoubtedly what makes its charm. This industrial space in the heart of the Les Bains district is at the same time a club, a bar and a gallery where various artistic events can take place. The guest DJs are either international DJs who have not yet come to Geneva, or local DJs who are not yet known. For each evening, VJs officiate next to the DJs. More and more contemporary art will be programmed, in the form of performances or video projections.

Just a stone's throw from Lausanne Cathedral, Le Barbare is a renowned bar-restaurant in the old town. Its cuisine focuses on local, seasonal produce, guaranteeing fresh, healthy dishes. When it comes to beverages, the emphasis is also on regional products, with wines from the canton of Vaud and craft beers brewed in the region. You can also come for an aperitif and share a gourmet plank. On Sundays, reservations are highly recommended for a delicious brunch.
