A nerve center that has revealed many Congolese artists. Several spaces: the small and the big hall, exhibition rooms, the media library, the projection room, the patio/garden and the restaurant space (the Bistro de la Halle). The program includes theater, contemporary dance, street arts, literature, music, cinema and visual arts. But there are also artistic residencies and trainings, as well as French courses.
