Fishing in Isère is an important hydrographic network with more than 3,400 km of 1st and ^2nd category rivers but also 540 ha of 1st and ^2nd category bodies of water.

Association established in 1987 to develop education for all to the environment

Volunteers of the association offers to guide you through the middle of the marshes of Seudre. The Station LPO de l'Île Grande, located in Pleumeur-Bodou, is a must for nature lovers. Located on the shore of Île Grande, it is the home of the Sept-Îles National Nature Reserve. Visitors will discover a museography dedicated to the remarkable ecosystem of this archipelago, preserved since 1912. The program includes videos, multimedia content, a diorama recreating a cliff with the species of birds and grey seals that inhabit the reserve, as well as interactive modules on the flora and fauna of the Sept-Îles, the foreshore and the underwater world. The highlight of the visit is live observation of the gannet colony on Ile Rouzic, thanks to a camera installed next to them. The Île Grande LPO Station also offers guided nature outings and a specialized nature store. A care center for wild animals in distress is also available, but cannot be visited.

The Oasis Citadine association brings together innovative gardeners to teach you how to grow your own fruit and vegetables in a fun and friendly way. It has developed a turnkey vegetable garden rental concept for urban dwellers without a garden. Numerous events and workshops are organized every week; you can take part in qi gong or yoga classes, beekeeping workshops, wooden object creation or permaculture initiation, guided tours of the farm, and of course participate in the daily cleaning of the henhouse.

Through its strategic position, the OPIE, established in 1969, conducts information, awareness-raising, training consultancy and livestock activities aimed primarily at the protection and maintenance of the biodiversity of entomofauna through the management of its habitat. In order for the general public to be more affected by the world of insects, a permanent exhibition is presented on its premises, accompanied by vivaria, audio-visual projections and tours commented on with phasmes, crickets or beetles among so many others.

This association houses an animal shelter and offers a boarding service for dogs.

Coutières's Permanent Environmental Initiatives Centre (CPIE) is very active throughout the Gâtine. The employees who make it up are all year-round raising awareness of the wealth of the local environment. The interventions with schoolchildren are the most numerous, but we can also take part in various nature events offered in particular in the summer at the Lac du Cebron de Saint-Loup-Lamairé (natural site managed by the general council) or in the garden of the Sens Senses.

Even though it is not possible to quote all the sports activities proposed in Lorraine, we cannot overlook an activity which is continuing to grow and which is perfect for tourism, in other words: golf. Lorraine has no fewer than fifteen golf courses, two of which have only 9 holes. Distributed throughout the territory, it can be noted that the Moselle alone benefits from almost half of these facilities. For some years there has been a network of the name Holigreen, with a unique map giving access to 6 golf courses in eastern France, three of them in Lorraine, Faulquemont, Metz Technopôle and Nancy Pulnoy. Bitche, Troyes East Forest and Châlons-en-Champagne complete the network. The pleasures of sports performance and those of the eyes are varied.

Association Le Pays-du-Chalot. This small wooden building, resembling a hut, was a dependence on the Vosgian farm. And since the birth of this dynamic association, a real renovation work, but also awareness, has been made to the public to make this part of our history known. It is possible to see one in the Girmont-Val-d 'Ajol, which in the summer installs its tourist house and in Ruaux (Deviation of Plumbers) where Marie-Noëlle Bresson, guide for the commune, makes it discover his own chalk to tourists. They will be able to discover local products and crafts.

Kittens, young cats or old matous are looking for a home to welcome them. The refuge ensures that the adoptive families are serious. Adopters must complete a form that evaluates their degree of involvement. In doing so, the refuge ensures that animals are entrusted to people who care about it and try to avoid further abandonment. Please note that all cats in the refuge are sterilized and identified by a chip system.

The LPO 54, which has nearly 860 members, is an association for the protection of nature created by the national President Alain Bougrain-Dubourg. It is concerned with birds and the ecosystems on which they depend, in particular the fauna and flora associated with them and more globally with biodiversity. All year round, it organizes birdwatching discovery or improvement outings for schools and the general public, and also carries out bird-friendly projects (nature garden). The center offers introductory lessons for adults and children, as well as introductory lessons on shetlands from age 3. It also offers horse boarding services all year round. For those wishing to improve their riding skills, the center organizes courses for young and old alike. A competent team is on hand to help riders pass their galops. The center is approved by the French Ministry of Youth and Sports and by the French Equestrian Federation (FFE), enabling it to organize outdoor competitions in show jumping, dressage and endurance. Throughout the year, the center also offers in-house activities for young and old alike. It also welcomes groups of disabled people, schoolchildren and leisure centers for equestrian activities.

Agir pour les Animaux is an association under the 1901 law, totally independent of the SPA, created in 2000. Its vocation is to place abandoned or abused animals in new loving homes. To do this, it has a shelter with a permanent office open to the public all week and organizes adoption days once a month. Those who cannot adopt an animal can sponsor or help the association through monetary or in-kind donations: food, medicines, pet toys, textiles... You can also become a host family for a short period of time, until the association finds a new warm home for the animals.

The Bird Protection League focuses on the study and protection of the birds, amphibians, reptiles and mammals, their habitats and the ecosystems they depend on in Franche-Comté. The purpose of the associative structure is to bring wildlife and nature to the general public by organizing outings, conferences, conferences… This knowledge of the environment allows LPO to lead the protection of wildlife through the Natural reserve of Frotey-lès-Vesoul.
