It is difficult to classify this path: magic hiking, sensory journey, nature exit, enchanting place? Go, the best is still to discover it by yourself, délacez your shoes and commute, not the bitumen, but the earth and gadoue in everything they have more fun! A playful exit, the Barefoot Trail allows you over 1 km to recover with many sensations by walking on very different elements. Fresh soil, roughness of warm sand, aspérité of stone or wood… huge stones to bamboo, feet délestés of their yoke tell stories and they are fabulous. It must be said that the site winds along a creek and runs in the forest, shaded in summer, it is a pure moment of communion with nature. You are autonomous and an hour and a half is required to savour each step. It goes without saying that the mud is a success! Even when you came to the end, the day is not finished: The jeunes workshops are offered to young people as well as to sand bins where they can stack stones and wooden ends to give life to characters: the top!

This 6.5 km hiking trail runs along the coastline between the Guesclin beach and the Pointe du Grouin. Walk around the Pointe du Nid with your best walking shoes and a water bottle. Walk on the cove of the Orchard: you will only have to cross a point and a beach to reach the Pointe du Grouin. You will then discover a magnificent panorama on the bay of the Mont-Saint-Michel and on the Landes island, home of colonies of gulls and cormorants.

At the gates of the city, the nature base François Léotard is a vast playground. Its 135 hectares of greenery even include a sandy beach! But before thinking about relax, think sport: The Base is a health course and a fitness area for exercising exercises in complete freedom. Those who prefer the walk can try the walking trails or the permanent orientation route. Finally, cyclists and rollers can have fun on a cycle path or on the bosses ground for the most brave.

In the heart of a hundred-year-old forest of maritime pines, poplars and alders, planted from 1855 to 1882 on 800 hectares of dunes, 50 km of marked forest trails are reserved for pedestrians. They allow you to discover, while walking, another facet of Le Touquet under its natural aspect, starting from the Palais de l'Europe. If you are tempted by the discovery of the bay, the Le Touquet villas and the local flora, take the Daphné or La Pomme de Pin trails which will offer you superb views at the price of a few short climbs and winding detours in the shade of the trees. The Feuille de Chêne trail crosses the forest to meet its rich flora and fauna. But the most beautiful walk to be done is certainly the long Argousier walk (plan a picnic!), which crosses dunes and goes along the sea.

As its name indicates, this Green Lane evolves north of Chambéry. It connects precisely the city at the superb Lac du Bourget in Aix-les-Bains. If the final destination is to be reached, the journey itself is already a good show. You are in a privileged setting, under the gentle gaze of the surrounding mountains. In order to waste nothing, the smooth coating is also of excellent quality; fans of roller and skateboard quick. Finally note that the most motivated can continue north on 11 km of track along the shores of the lake, or to the south on the 3,5 kilometres crossing the city before joining the southern portion of the Green Avenue Chambéry.

This forest was first born in the imagination of some foresters who went to collect cedar seeds in the Algerian Middle Atlas. The cedar forest forms a massif of 250 hectares, divided between the communes of Bonnieux, Lacoste and Ménerbes. There are a lot of walks to do and the levels are quite easy. One can easily walk along the whole crest of the Petit Luberon to Cheval Blanc or to Oppède. But beware, it is necessary to provide a vehicle for the return.

According to the Tarz Héol association, which brings together the hikers of the commune, 60 km of trails are accessible around Ploemeur. The area already allows you to enjoy beautiful walks such as the G circuit to practice with the children or the green way to Guidel. For amateurs, there is the Kaolins loop (about 8 km), but also the sand circuit (13 km), the Saint-Maudé circuit (3.7 km) or, quite simply, the tour of the Etang du Ter (2.5 km)... Whether for sightseeing or for getting around, the Voie verte des berges du Doubs in Besançon is a very good option. Following the towpath of the river in a loop around the old town, it offers beautiful views of the city. Starting from the Battant bridge, it leads exactly to the Canot bridge via the Citadelle underpass, the Mazagran footbridge or the Charles-De-Gaulle bridge. It's a pity that the surface is not very smooth and does not allow rollerbladers to progress (cyclists will be fine, however); alternatively, you can take a VéloCité.
