A traditional sport of the Gascons, the Landes race is still the main event of the village festivals. In 2018, the race will celebrate its 40 years! We are looking forward to the festivities. Usually, it proposes 3 routes - departures at 13 h 30, 14 h and 15 h depending on levels - but all leave the rue de la République and end the Clock Place.

Every year since 1982, Tout Rennes court has put the city on the run for a weekend, for an event with no age restrictions, aimed at athletes and novices alike, and distinguished by its free admission. On the menu: several races in the city center (mixed, women's, youth, age-grouped for children...) on routes ranging from 5 km to half-marathons, to satisfy athletes of all stripes, while those less in a hurry can opt for a one-kilometer family stroll. On Saturday, a 2 km walk is organized in aid of breast cancer screening. A great event that fills the streets of Rennes with an ever-growing crowd for a sporting, human and supportive adventure.

The origin of the Camargue race dates back to the 15th century, but it was at the end of the 19th century that it really developed, many small arenas were then built to bring man and bull into conflict. But this is not about fighting or killing, but rather passes full of skill and elegance, a race for honour. This honour is materialized by attributes fixed on the forehead and between the horns of the bull, formerly flowers, scarves, tricolor cockades or motto in the colors of the manade and sometimes even sausage or victuals. Today, there are six of them, two strings around the horns, an acorn on each, a cockade on the forehead and a forehead behind the animal's forehead. Will you dare to tackle an 8 km, 13 km or 19 km route? A snack is served before the start, and a more festive and well-deserved one at the finish. Activities for the whole family are organized by the Bon Pied Bon oeil hiking club.

Ranked second among French marathons, the La Rochelle marathon takes place every year on the last weekend of November. In 2022, no less than 12,500 athletes came to run in the streets of La Rochelle on a flat course. Two loops and fast last kilometers, it does not take more to motivate the joggers! On the eve of the race, there was a "Leg Warmer", a tradition that allows runners to warm up. The public is always there!

For this second edition of this race on the snow, in semi-night, you travel 10,7 km with 220 m of difference. The record to beat: 39 minutes and 33 seconds. Departure at 18 pm!

Connecting République to the Stade de France over a distance of ten kilometers: this is the program of this Great Race of Greater Paris. A small part of your registration will go to beautiful works, and if the course is attractive, it presents many false flats in the first part, until Stalingrad. Then, you will go along the basin of La Villette and then follow the Saint-Denis canal, passing by the Cité des Sciences. The arrival at the Stade de France is always impressive.

Every first May, the USAM organizes the Nature of the Three Forts in Faron. Accessible to athletes as well as to Sunday riders, this is an original way to rediscover the Toulon Mountains, while taking a fresh breath of fresh air. There are three courses at different levels depending on the candidate's age (1 km, 2 kilometres and 11 kilometres). The slopes will surely make you regret for a moment not having taken the cable car, but the satisfaction of getting away is worth it!

This is a very special race, at once a leap into the past on a World War I site, an obstacle course and a slightly crazy challenge on Great War sites such as the Montigny quarries! This race includes more than fifty obstacles spread over 11 kilometres. You will have to crawl, slide, climb, cross a river, carry, face mud and clay... For those accompanying you or for the less courageous, historical re-enactments, hikes and guided tours are organised.

La Joséphine is a very beautiful initiative around a race and march 5 km, 100% women, organized for the League against Cancer. A great success for this solidarity event, which brings together more than 5 000 women with a nice pink bib, of all ages, which bear the colours of October pink to fight breast cancer. This challenge is accompanied by a weekend of animations around prevention.

Dijon's Ruée des Fadas 2024 will take place at Lac de Chour, after a totally successful 2023 edition. Just imagine, you sign up as a team, get dressed up and take part in a totally crazy obstacle course, in the mud and dust on an 8 to 12 km course that alternates portions of running in nature, overcoming natural obstacles, some of which are inspired by the obstacle course! You can run around them! Surpassing yourself in the effort, solidarity and mutual aid, and a taste for challenge are the values of this race where nothing is compulsory, no penalties or stopwatches, just an extraordinary adventure. After the effort, the comfort, it will be the party at the lake of Chour with restoration and concert.

A new race for a good cause! 1 out of 3 people in the world do not have access to toilets and 1,000 children under the age of 5 die every day from diseases related to the lack of toilets. On the occasion of World Toilet Day (United Nations Day), the Urgent Run will take place in France in Paris.
It is a solidarity run to raise awareness about the urgency of the situation in the world and to raise funds for sanitation programs.

Traditionally, in La Rochelle two races are held in November. Before facing the marathon that took place at the end of the month, joggers can take to the streets of Port-Neuf. On the programme, 10 km on flat ground in a district not far from the city centre by the ocean. Forget the wind and cold, bring a pair of shoes and a windproof jacket! It should be noted that the start takes place on the "Colette Besson" playground, which won the gold medal in 1968 for the 400 metres at the Olympic Games in Mexico City.

The 10 km takes place every year on November 1. Since its inception in 2005, the number of participants is increasing. On the same day, a child race is organised with 3 different distances (400 m, 800 m and 1 200 m). The circuit is very pleasant with a passage over the Vauban ramparts and the famous Zoo zoo. Usually held in June, the Garmin Triathlon de Paris is the very last major sporting event in the capital before the Olympic Games. It begins with an aquatic event in the Bassin de la Villette. Then it's on to cycling, with a circuit of the capital starting and finishing at the Villette. Finally, the run along the Canal de l'Ourcq on a flat course. You can choose between Olympic or shorter distances.

If you want to run for the good cause this is really the right occasion! This 5 or 10 km race, on the road, is designed to help combat gender inequalities and violence against women.

The 3 Orleans Bridge is a 10 km by original night in the heart of the city of Orléans. The course allows to discover this city of art and history through its new running paths around the Loire and its bridges with superb points of view, without forgetting the forced passage to the Christmas market. It's the oldest race in the department! Since 1977, it has always been a very festive event with its 2 distances (4.5 and 10 km). The circuit is done on roads and paths on the outskirts of La Crèche. To stay in the Christmas spirit, it is welcome to run in disguise and the best disguises will be rewarded. Participants who wish to do so can also make a donation of 1 € to Secours Populaire to give a gift to the most needy at Christmas.

A marathon for experts, enthusiasts and amateurs, to compete or to have fun. 10 km in the city, starting from the parc de l'Arbre sec. A long-awaited 6th edition. This 7 th Christmas round is entirely on the road to Salles and around. Come and run and run in a fun atmosphere! It's the perfect race to break up on the eve of the holidays.

It's a magic foot race on snow! This trail is a nature race on snow-capped but practicable pedestrian paths without snowshoes. The 2 courses of which one of 9 km leave Névache to cross the high valley of the Valley before a return on Névache. The landscapes are magnificent and the sunshine is exceptional.
