This bar-guingette welcomes you in the old sheepfold of the Chazeron castle. This idea was born in the mind of Julia Genève, who knows the place like the back of her hand, having spent her childhood there, and her friend Angélique Hénot. The name stretches out in bright red letters on the vast black façade of this very nice bar, which has quickly won over a loyal following. In front of the façade, on the terrace, large tables of friends. Behind the large bay windows that open, a room with different spaces, furnished with nice sofas giving a warm atmosphere. We like the contrast between the industrial and cosy side. As of the weekend, the young people take the tables by storm to share cocktails and planks of cold cuts, while listening to the concerts which punctuate the season. Very nice!

The Longchamp district is rich in good addresses, but it was lacking a coffee-shop worthy of the name where you could enjoy good specialty coffees at any hour, complemented by a pastry or lunch on the go. That's exactly what the young couple behind Pollux thought. Two conversions later, we find ourselves in a café with a refined yet welcoming atmosphere. It's like being in northern Europe or the United States, but with the conviviality that makes our city so charming. Local coffees from Brûlerie Moka in particular.

The Bar de la Côte may be a bistronomic restaurant, but it's also one of Biarritz's finest vistas.
