A national franchise, a French Coffee Shop is a bit like a neighborhood bar version 2.0, where people come to drink a more sophisticated coffee than a little black at the counter by connecting to the Internet. For six years now, Papas Sucrés has been pampering us from Wednesday to Sunday, bruncheurs' day! A delightful tearoom in the Ainay district, near Bellecour, to spoil us with delicious products. Cakes made on site by Grégory behind the stove. Tasty toasts, well-composed salads and delicious 100% homemade cakes that give pleasure with every bite. A succession of delights to share. The other dad in the dining room is Jonathan. Snacks at lunchtime, sweet cakes, fresh lemonade and regional fruit juices, creamy hot chocolate with cookies and muffins, delicious homemade waffles, pancakes and, in summer, bubble tea. Sweet (and not just sweet) pleasures.

Opened in April 2017, the Dilettante was able to test its success at the June music festival… a stocked bar and empty stocks! This is the ideal place for a cosy bar and especially for a nice location. As soon as we look at the window, we know that we are going to enter an unusual place. Imposing counter, high ceilings, antique lights, tables on the wall, we make a leap in the past. Stylish bar with "spacious" furniture, Les Trois Mallets offers an exceptional view of the cathedral without déparer with the environment. The view is magnificent because the bar is located on the of the cathedral, sheltered from the noise of the cars. The terrace is beautiful and you can eat in the beautiful days. On site, this cat bar offers a "cocooning, home-like" space with hot drinks, sweet snacks and a library corner. The strength of the address lies in purr therapy, and to create it, many charming animals come from various associations: so you can easily adopt them. So you can sit back, enjoy the cats present for your purr-fect fix, and watch them play with games and wall runs set out for them. Located in the elegant Chalets district, it is one of Toulouse's oldest bars, having been founded in the 1880s. Its façade, with its majestic marquise, is a listed building. Elegant and intimate, Papa Doble is one of the city's top cocktail bars. Until recently, the establishment was included in the list of the 50 best bars in the world. In a very elaborate setting, both sober and design, inspired by the works of Ernest Hemingway, the bar's team offers very original creations. Unusual ingredients, little known alcohols and atypical syrups, the cocktails reveal unusual aromas. The vaulted aspect of the room and the boudoir decoration give a very intimate and even naughty atmosphere to this place.

William, already owner of the distillery rue de l'Aiguillerie, took over in May the former Mojomatic with his associate Vincent. Very close to the prefecture, its small terrace and its relaxed smart side are appreciated. The slogan of the house "Fine music and good spirit". Under the beautiful vaults of the 14th century, Audrey, specialising in french pastry, and Marion, specialising in cupcakes and American cakes, both of them pastry chefs, opened this pastry in the place of La Girafe restaurant, well-known by the inhabitants of Montpellier. Specialties of millefeuille, lemon tart, and especially the turned brioche, everything is homemade with quality ingredients. Beware of the head upstairs.
