The factory is very old since it was created in 1747 and is still in operation. Here we do all the work by hand. Poterie Friedmann has been in existence since 1802. The family is therefore Soufflenheim's oldest traditional potter. Today, the seventh generation has succeeded in preserving tradition while modernizing production. These objects are made from pure Soufflenheim clay, which withstands high temperatures. Céline and Sébastien Castan created their distillery by settling the still of their grandfather Castan. Already known for their white fruit spirits, they are now recognized for their craft whiskies launched in 2010.
