Founded in 1991 by the Boitel family, Thomas the son is now in charge of the cutlery business. Visit our boutique to order your knife or discover our regional knives, including Thiers and Laguiole. Whether in prestigious materials (natural, stabilized and stained wood...) or resin, these knives are unique and demonstrate great expertise. Discover the Âme d'Emma and the Arca Andréa, created in honor of her children. And don't miss the 20/20, with its perfect dimensions, modern design and clean lines. Competitions are regularly organized.

Owner's Message

The LE FIDELE cutlery was created in 1991. At the beginning, the Brand au Chien was specialized in the artisanal manufacture of the mythical knife "Le Laguiole", and knew how to distinguish itself with its exclusivities such as the "Kaban" and the "Racé" as well as its creations such as the "Dodu" and the table knife "Le Gourmet".

LE FIDELE cutlery presents many models of knives, from the Laguiole to the regional knives, such as the Thiers, the Pradel, the London or the Yatagan Basque. Thanks to its latest generation lasers,it innovates with its "Engravings" and "Marquetry" models, resulting from a cutting-edge technology which it was the first to acquire nearly 25 years ago.

Since February 2008, LE FIDELE Cutlery is managed by the son of its creators, Thomas Boitel, who wishes to keep the same quality policy in order to preserve the authenticity of the artisanal cutlery but also to bring modernity with new models such as the "20/20" or the table knife "L'Âme d'Emma". Always in search of the little extra that makes Le Fidèle cutlery one of the most renowned in France.
