Château Auzias invites you to complete your wine-tasting visit by taking part in a blending workshop. After the tour, you'll begin the workshop with an introduction to tasting our range of wines, which will then enable you to structure the elaboration of your own wine. Using four single-varietal wines and test tubes, you'll blend your own wine in several trials. Once your wine is finished, you cork your bottle and stick on your personalized label. You'll be able to leave with your own creation, which we hope will be a wonderful souvenir of your visit to Château Auzias Paretlongue.
