Day 1: Anne Frank House and Jordaan district
Steps: Amsterdam
Visit to the (Prinsengracht maison d'Anne Frank263). It is advisable to go there before the opening by buying your ticket online, if you go there in the afternoon you will have to spend hours in the longest queue in Amsterdam (sic), Noordermarkt Organic Market (Saturday only) - Antique and Clothing Market (Monday). Visit of the district of theJordaan, formerly the prolo district of the city, now one of the most fashionable districts of the capital.
Day 2: By boat on the canals and around the Red Square
Steps: Amsterdam
Boat tour of the city. Palais du Dam, stroll around the station, visit the Berlage Stock Exchange (to give a first idea of Amsterdam's architecture). Red light district, visit of the old church.

Day 3: Stroll south of Amsterdam
Steps: Amsterdam
The Rijksmuseum has been superbly renovated after very long and expensive work, but the result has made us forget everything. Stroll through Museumplein, Evening at the Concertgebouw.
Day 4: Amsterdam in depth
Steps: Amsterdam
The Singel Flower Market and a little shopping in the Kalverstraat. Spui book market (Friday only). Visit of the Spui and the Museum of History of Amsterdam (Amsterdam Museum).
Day 5: Discovery of Van Gogh paintings
Steps: Amsterdam
Van Gogh Museum. Shopping in the PC Hooftstraat and Leidsestraat.

Day 6: Promenade in Green
Steps: Amsterdam
Vondelpark with numerous concerts and activities in summer. Spiegelstraat and Looiersmarkt district of art galleries and antique dealers.

Day 7: History and heritage
Steps: Amsterdam
Van Loon museum, rich patrician remains. Jewish history museum and Portuguese synagogue (not on Saturday of course).
Day 8: Visit to Haarlem
Steps: Amsterdam
Haarlem or the little one (yes it is possible) Amsterdam. To visit, the city centre, Saint Bavon, the market square. Frans Hals Museum and/or Teylers Museum, Museum of Science and Technology.
Day 9: A break on the coast
Relax day and beach in Zandvoort (hoping that the weather is mild!).
Day 10: Visit of small typical villages north of Amsterdam
Marken (where time stopped), Volendam, a small fishing port unfortunately far too tourist. Enkhuizen to visit the splendid museum of La. Spend the night on the spot.
Day 11: One day at the zoo
Steps: Amsterdam
Day to relax Artis the Amsterdam zoo with its very beautiful aquarium and especially with Micropia, the first museum in the world (stunning) devoted to microbes! The zoo is located on the edge of the Jewish quarter. Enjoy the Artisplein, a place set up a few years ago between the zoo and Micropia, inspired by the Luxembourg garden. Stroll through the docks area, where old warehouses have been converted into sumptuous lofts.
Day 12: Last hours in Amsterdam
Steps: Amsterdam
To close your stay smoothly, do everything you have not had time to do or return to the neighbourhoods you have especially loved. For the acharnés, a visit to the Museum of Modern Art devoted to the Amstelveen Cobra movement (next to Amsterdam) is possible.
