Day 1: Tortosa

Visit of the historic centre of Tortosa. Passage through the Prince gardens and .

Day 2: Seabed tours and hiking

Steps: L'Ametlla De Mar, L'Ampolla, Barcelone

Several options to start the day: those who want to be tempted by an atypical experiment will choose to swim with Balfegó bluefin tuna during the Tuna Tour expedition. From the Ametlla de Mar, you can also enjoy a little more on Mediterranean underwater fauna and flora. Afternoon: hiking on the GR 92 trail to discover the secret coves and beaches of the coast, between and (to avoid during hot weather!). You can also choose this last option to occupy the morning and buller on a beach lined with pine during the afternoon!

Day 3: The Delta

Discovery of the Ebro Delta Natural Park. On the programme: cycling tourism and bird watching, with hundreds of birds nesting in the park, a stroll through the rice fields and lagoons, and a tasting of delta specialities.

Day 4: Sant Carles de la Ràpita and Alcanar

Steps: Sant Carles De La Ràpita, Alcanar

Visit Moleta del Remei in Alcanar and the paintings of the Serra de Godall.

Day 5: Els Ports Natural Park

Steps: Arnes, Roquetes, La Sénia

Hiking on the paths of the Els Ports Natural Park to discover monumental trees and wild goats! Visit the information centre to learn about the different ways to visit the park. Huge, it has several accesses to La Sénia, Roquetes and Arnes.

Day 6: Horta, Flix and Miravet

Steps: Flix, Miravet, Horta De Sant Joan

In the morning, a walk in the historical center ofHorta, in the footsteps of Picasso and cubism. For those who still have some energy left (it takes 45 minutes to reach Miravet by car), the afternoon continues to the villages along the Ebro River, from the Flix meander to the Templar castle overlooking Miravet. For those who like active tourism, we recommend kayaking on the calm waters of the river.

Day 7: Wine tourism in Gandesa and El Pinell de Brai

Steps: Montblanc, El Pinell De Brai, Gandesa, Batea

A day of wine tourism with a visit to the " cathedrals of wine " of Gandesa andEl Pinell de Brai by Cesar Martinel, a disciple of Gaudi; followed by a tasting of Terra Alta wine in the village of Batea, with its picturesque historic center.
