Day 1: Day 1. Lime Kay

Steps: Port Royal

The islet of Lime Kay is located off the coast of Port Royal, close to the airport, and is therefore easily accessible by staying at Morgan's Harbour Hotel. This tiny piece of land offers an idyllic setting for a half-day trip. The fishermen will gladly take you there for a small fee.

Places of interest :
LIME CAY

Day 2: Day 2. Prospect

Steps: Ocho Rios

Head east to Prospect Beach, popular with Kingston families on weekends and vacations. View of the Yalah cliffs and a small club-bar that plays reggae music in the evening. Quiet and intimate, away from the hustle and bustle and tourist harassment of the North.

Day 3: Day 3. Port Antonio

Steps: Port Antonio, Boston Bay

On the way to the north of the island, you will have to make a choice: Boston Bay is a good place to stop, but you will probably also have to enjoy the beauties of French Man's Cove, Sanku Bay, San San or the famous Blue Lagoon, all located around Port Antonio.

Places of interest :
FRENCHMAN'S COVE / SAN SAN BEACH / BLUE LAGOON

Day 4: Day 4. Reggae Beach

Steps: Ocho Rios

Direction Ocho Rios and, for the lovers of transparent waters and magic landscapes, it is unthinkable to miss Reggae Beach, a few kilometers before the city. Access is a bit expensive but the site is magnificent.

Day 5: Day 5. Doctor's Cave Beach

Steps: Montego Bay

Doctor's Cave Beach, in Montego Bay, is the next step. Close to Gloucester Avenue and lacking privacy (except at the opening), this beach is nevertheless one of the most beautiful on the island, and is world famous. A straw hut completes the picture. As far as free beach is concerned, try One Man Beach, a public beach located between Doctor's Cave and Aquasol Beach: it is possible to be alone there, on a warm and fine sand, facing the turquoise sea.

Day 6: Day 6. 7 Miles Beach

Steps: Negril

Do not miss the longest beach in the country (11 km), called " 7 Miles Beach", the main attraction of Negril. You can practice all kinds of activities, from scuba diving to windsurfing, not to mention the nightly concerts with your feet in the sand.

Day 7: Day 7. Treasure Beach and return to Kingston

Steps: Treasure Beach

Last beaches, and not the least, those of Treasure Beach: Calabash and Frenchman's Bay. Time has stopped there, the sea is rougher, the sand less fine and the authenticity definitely intact. Less touristy, of a wild beauty, these places conclude this journey along the coasts and beaches of Jamaica, before returning to Kingston.
