Day 1: Arrival in Minneapolis

Steps: Minneapolis

We landed late in the day, just the time to put your suitcases and the dinner. n to sleep early (thanks to the time lag) because the week will be intense.

Day 2: Itasca State Park

Steps: Park Rapids

This park in Minnesota is home to the Mississippi source (this is one of the few places where you can jump over the Mississippi! Night in Park Rapids.

Day 3: Ely and Boundary Waters

Steps: Boundary Waters Canoe Area Wilderness, Ely

Departure for Ely where you can rent a kayak and explore the , a marsh park where a lot of wildlife thrives.

Day 4: Lake Superior and Duluth

Steps: Duluth, Tettegouche State Park

We go further north, passing through Tettegouche State Park. Several trails allow you to discover the local nature. You will spend the end of the day and the evening in Duluth, the last town before the Canadian border.

Day 5: Return to Door County

Steps: Door County, Sturgeon Bay

Go down to the southeast and after about 6 hours drive to the Door County peninsula. There is sleep in Sturgeon Bay in the historic area of the city.

Day 6: Visit of the peninsula

Steps: Bailey'S Harbor, Fish Creek

Visit of Peninsula State Park, possible cycling tours, visit of the Fish Creek and taking dinner at White Gull Inn for traditional Fish Boil.

Day 7: Conclusion in Wrigley Field

Steps: Chicago

Go along Indiana Dunes Lakeshore before arriving in Chicago where, for concluding this sport trip, you can attend a game of the Cubs, Bears or Blackhawks according to the season.
