Day 1: Arrival and transfer to San Ignacio

Arrival, transfer and overnight in Belize City.
Day 2: San Ignacio and dream lodge
Steps: San Ignacio
The next morning, after a hearty breakfast, we set off for San Ignacio, a three-hour drive away. Check into a lodge and relax.
Day 3: Caves and caverns
The day is dedicated to the discovery of the mysterious caves that dot part of the Belizean territory. It is possible to explore them, either by canoe in order to appreciate large rock formations of stalactites and stalagmites, or in adventurer mode with climbing and hiking in the jungle. A specially prepared Mayan dinner in an old-fashioned oven that will restore the flavors of the Mayan civilization.
Day 4: Indiana Jones in Belize
Steps: San Ignacio, Xunantunich
Morning wake-up call with yoga or spa, then off to Xunantunich. Visit on horseback the amazing Mayan archaeological site of Cahal Pech on the border of Guatemala and Belize. The site was discovered in 1938. It was then cleaned and mapped. Famous for its well-preserved stucco frescoes, it is one of Belize's principal Mayan relics. A champagne aperitif will be served at the top of the pyramids during the spectacular sunset.

Day 5: Back to paradise
Steps: San Pedro
Transfer to San Ignacio airstrip and take the almost one-hour flight to San Pedro on Ambergris Caye, then transfer to your hotel. Relax and contemplate.

Day 7: Kayaking, walking or lounging
Steps: San Pedro
You can kayak, swim in the crystal-clear waters or transfer to the small village of San Pedro to discover the artisans or enjoy a drink on the terrace.
Day 8: From Belize to Paris
Steps: Belize City, San Pedro
Transfer to San Pedro airstrip and flight to Belize City airport for return to France.
