Day 1: Thonons-les-Bains
Steps: Thonon-Les-Bains
Arrival in Thonon-les-Bains, visit of the castle of Ripaille, possibility to take the funicular or to rent a boat. Walk along the lake shore, visit of the city. In the evening, show at the Maison des Arts du Léman. Night in Thonon-les-Bains, in a hotel or at the Saint Disdille campsite ideally located right on the waterfront.
Day 2: Towards Evian-les-Bains
Steps: Evian-Les-Bains
Departure for the GAEC Savoie-Gascogne to taste the I.G.P. Emmental de Savoie, I.G.P. Tomme de Savoie and I.G.P. Raclette de Savoie cheeses. From Thonon, take the Thonon bypass, direction Evian. At the traffic circle, direction Publier / Plateau de Gavot, cross the bridge and turn right, direction Marin. In Marin, turn right after the Mudry body shop, then left, follow the signs to Cornallaz. Guided tour with educational workshops and tasting. Contact them in advance. Night in Evian
Day 3: From Evian to Yvoire
Steps: Yvoire
Visit of the Chalets d'Oche farm to taste the Abondance PDO. In the afternoon, possibility of a hike accessible to all in the heart of the pastures and the forest. Superb panoramas on the Mémises and the lake of Geneva. Discovery walk of edible plants with a guide, ask at the Tourist Office. Return near the lake, night in the superb medieval village ofYvoire, feet in the water.
Day 4: Around Yvoire
Steps: Chens-Sur-Léman
Return trip by boat to spend a good part of the day in Chens-sur-Léman. Relaxing with a book on the beach, walking, visit of the Nernier castle. Return to Yvoire and possibility to end the day with a visit to the Ferme La Bornandine (A.O.P. Reblochon) in Ballaison, Chezabois d'en bas, Route des Fournées. Back to Yvoire, don't miss the plant maze "le Jardin des Cinq Sens". Night in Yvoire, village classified among the Most Beautiful Villages of France
