Since its establishment in 1999 in La Motte-Servolex, a stone's throw from Chambéry, the Brasserie has been making a name for itself with its famous Mont-Blanc beers, brewed from the crystal-clear glacier water of this emblematic mountain. This Savoyard brewery has built up a prestigious reputation over the years, winning no fewer than five world championship titles. Its selection includes rousse, blonde and blanche, embodying the emblematic trio of mountain colors, as well as a range of more daring and original varieties.

A beer cellar opened by Maxence, young but already a connoisseur of the hop universe! It is customary to say that the quality is not waiting for years and the adage is very quickly checked as we push the door of this shop right next to the Chabert café. There are Belgian, Scottish, German and Austrian beers. Many French regions are placed in honour, including Savoie. Perched in the heart of the Alps at an altitude of 1,450 m, the Galibier brewery is the highest craft brewery in France. The beers are traditionally and artisanally brewed with spring water and high quality raw materials. Their names are evocative: the Alpine (blond high fermentation), the Machut (6% amber), the Avalanche (white with subtle fragrances) or the Snowball (with malty notes and light fruity bitterness). They are 100% natural, without preservatives or carbon dioxide, which has earned them several awards.

Cédric, Julien and Sébastien. three friends from Aussois, mountain dwellers before they were brewers, decided to create their own beer with the flavors of Aussois. Since 2016, Brasserie d'Oé has been producing an organic, unfiltered beer in blond, amber and brown versions... Production remains confidential, but it's well worth a look.
