Located opposite the mythical Dent du Chat mountain, which culminates at an altitude of 1,390 m, it is a place where legends are told... It is a place where it is good to recharge your batteries. You can choose between grass or sand, in the shade of large trees or in the sun... The lake offers a very different view here and the footbridges and promenades are ideal for daydreaming and strolling to better enjoy the landscape to the sound of the lapping water. Be careful, however, it is difficult in the summer to find a parking space.

A beautiful beach on the Lake Aiguebelette with many activities. Boat rental with pedals with slides, canoes, electric boats, boats and water games including large diving board of 3 m. A beach where you can exercise physically excluding with beach volleyball. Shade for the white skins and babies, solarium for those who want to have pretty colours. The new: a premium space with deckchairs and parasols for children (from 3 to 12 years old), access to boats (Le Mississippi).

Close to the port, the beach at Aiguebelette-le-Lac is a small oasis with lifeguard surveillance during the summer season, and a picnic area. This stretch of sand also offers a variety of water sports equipment and boats for hire. Open from April onwards, it offers an early taste of summer, allowing visitors to savor the surrounding landscape. The lake is distinguished by its unique turquoise-blue color, offering a soothing visual spectacle.

With the arrival of fine weather, Lac de Tignes is transformed into a veritable summer haven. Skis and snowboards give way to exciting and safe water sports. Why not opt for a paddleboard session, gliding over the waters of Tignes against a mountain backdrop while feeling the gentle caress of the sun on your skin? Surrounded by 25 hectares of pure water, the lake offers the ideal setting for relaxing with family and friends. Let yourself be lulled by the surrounding calm, or immerse yourself in the many water sports available.

The Centron leisure park is an ideal place for families to relax, offering a wide range of activities. In addition to its lake, playgrounds and green areas with barbecues, the base de loisirs is the starting point for a wide range of adventures. You can take to the Isère and Doron de Bozel rivers, with activities such as rafting, hydrospeed and stand-up paddle. During the summer, two special bases dedicated to these sports are available.

Lac des Hurtières is a haven of peace in a majestic mountain setting, offering the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. This alpine lake invites you to swim in the summer months, while the surrounding trails are ideal for hiking, offering exceptional mountain panoramas. For fishing enthusiasts, the lake is a prime spot, rich in fish. Families also appreciate the picnic areas, perfect for relaxing afternoons by the water.

We know Flumet, a village perched at an altitude of 900 m, for its resort of Flumet-Saint-Nicolas-la-Chapelle, but perhaps a little less for its lake which is equipped for swimming during the summer. You can enjoy a relaxing day in a green setting and take advantage of the sports facilities and games for children at the Arrondine leisure area. The leisure centre even has its own highlight in summer with the water festival during the^third week of July: entertainment, games and music are in full swing (ask at the tourist office).

Between the waters of the Bourget lake and the mountains, it is on the northern bank that you can discover new panoramas, where nature is wilder... A touch of romanticism for some, in the wake of Alphonse de Lamartine who stayed in Aix-les-Bains for a while, in any case, calm and sweetness for others.. For the more sporty, rentals are available on site, whether for boating with or without a license, pedal boats, or other rowing activities. The restaurant Ô Lac serves fresh and delicious food.

Les Mottets beach is a real gem, popular with locals and visitors alike. Its modern facilities and well-designed amenities make it an ideal spot for a relaxing getaway or a pleasant stroll.
