In fact, for 10 years now, our ears have been feasting on it and our feet have been shaking to the beat on the dancefloor set up on the roof of La Sucrière in Confluence. A place to exchange ideas and share the pleasure of a good sound. A meeting place for various artistic projects and events, concerts, festivals, club nights, aperitifs, brunches... A multi-faceted cultural venue that has become a temple to Lyon's nightlife. A rich and eclectic program for a "culture & club" address whose director is none other than Vincent Carry, organizer of Les Nuits Sonores. Le Sucre, at the cutting edge of trends.

Inaugurated in 1989, the Transbo is one of Lyon's must-see stages, and has now been given a facelift to present a permanent festival featuring a mix of the world's best bands. Hot evenings are in store, with artists from a wide range of genres, including some dates in 2024 with MC Solaar (already sold out), Luther, FFF, Chinese Man, les Fatals Picards, Steel Panther and more. A superb venue where you can always listen to good music of all kinds, without frontiers, and meet for a drink at the bar to extend the evening. The Transbo's terrace is open all year round, with food-trucks to brighten up your day.

It is one of the very few venues to appear in our guide this season. Not that it hosts more shows than the others, but it is part of Lyon's heritage. What an incredible history this hall has, a marvel of metal architecture created by the Eiffel workshops and imagined by Tony Garnier! Formerly a cattle market, the hall has become a veritable cathedral of iron and glass built on a stone base. In "normal" times, the hall seats 5,000 and welcomes the biggest stars.
