We had to illustrate our Agenda page with a tradition that attracts crowds. Producer market, empty attic, exhibitions of artisans, the trip to Chambles has really been pleasant! Not only did we have fun in the morning until the evening with le ham and evening with a dancing aperitif, but we leave with a lot of shopping, including a famous basket filled with local products!

Read moreOrganized by the city of Saint-Étienne, Festi'Mômes are shows for young audiences from the age of 7. They take place one Sunday a month, from September to December, in the Jeanne d'Arc room, near Place Chavanelle. At an attractive price (1 euro per seat per person), families can attend a quality cultural performance: circus, acrobatic and musical theatre, magic, art of illusion... The opportunity to discover enchanting shows that will delight young and old alike. The artists perform twice (11am and 3pm) on the Sundays concerned (generally the last Sunday of the month). A beautiful initiative allowing access to culture for all.

VILLAGE DU LIVRE D’AMBIERLE
Read moreA Village of the Book is a place where one cares more about making books, reading and writing very present; a place where one tries to highlight all the actors in the book chain, from the author to the reader by passing, of course, by the printer, bookbinder, publisher… to the bookseller. This is in any case the path chosen by the Book village of Ambierle. Throughout the year, the association organizes numerous events around the book. In April, June and September of the book markets, as well as monthly salons, literary cafés and other meetings, from authors, authors and artists in residence, debates and conferences, bd, workshops of all kinds: reliure, foil, calligraphy, stationery manufacturing, and even poetry contests. On-site year-round: Flower de Sapience, Letters and Pallets, La Bouquinerie and La Bartavelle.
