In 2008, Kourosh Nouri and Nadine Knotzer left Vienna and opened their gallery in Alserkal. The exhibitions are organized around regional artists such as the Iranian Sarah Rahbar, but also around European artists such as the German Michael Sailstorfer, the Portuguese Gil Heitor Cortesao, the Austrian artists Philip Mueller and Bernhard Buhmann. If you meet Kourosh Nouri, do not hesitate to talk to him. He is perfectly French-speaking and very friendly. He likes to exchange not only about the artists, but also about the history of Alserkal.
