A forerunner of the food truck movement in the Emirates, Salt was born out of the idea of two gourmet friends and outdoor enthusiasts. Launched in 2014 as an itinerant concept in an Airstream caravan, the country's most fashionable burger vendor has now put his luggage down at the popular Kite Beach and exits the food truck to make way for a large area for eating on the spot, where tables and seats built in pallets are scattered on the sand between the palm trees. The place is always full and it is rare not to stand in line

Idéalement situé au bord de la plage, ce food trucks est une référence. Les frites sont bonnes et servies en quantité. Les bergers sont savoureux. Le seul bémol: l'attente est un peu longue pour être servi.
