Read moreThe Sea is this fairly new district, stuck to Satwa, along the coast. Promenade, beach, shops, attractions and even an aqua park make this place a must-see, especially at weekends. On the gastronomy side, there is plenty of choice with many food trucks to enjoy a gourmet and economical break. On the restaurant side, there is something for all nationalities and all tastes with the 65 restaurants present. Among them, only 4 can serve alcohol: Masti (Indian), Babel (Lebanese), Star N Bars (Tex-Mex, American), OSH (Uzbek cuisine).
CAFÉ FOUNDRY DOWNTOWN

It also houses this small café with a few tables on the terrace. It's not uncommon to see customers arriving on scooters, who promptly set up shop in this telecommuting-friendly space as soon as it opens. Coffee, sandwiches, well-balanced salads and small pastries make for a gourmet break just a few hundred meters from the Burj Khalifa and the Souk al Bahar.
