Fishing is a very popular activity in the region, as the amateur can exercise his passion in lively waters and/or in altitude lake. In the Verdon and its tributaries, fishing is practised in the middle of the rocks, in a very tormented universe without this disturbing the big trout living there. The lakes of elevation are of unimaginable richness, fishing mainly for farios trout, and other varieties of fish such as brook salmon, roach or Arctic char, a very fine, rare and difficult fish to catch.

For the less experienced, 1 km from the village in Colomars, the trout tease into a private lake, fed with spring water. On-site, a picnic area will allow you to toast your fishing directly from the day. Equipment provided: information (tel) 06 50 29 79 00.

Rivers are of great diversity, as are fish that can be fished. The Rhone and the Durance, the Verdon and the Ubaye, the mountain torrents, the numerous lakes and lakes offer a wide range of possibilities, throughout the region  : fario and rainbow trout in the lakes of altitude, pike in the lower Durance, white fish (ablettes, keep, tanches, carp…) in the lakes of Verdon, perch or wells in the Rhône…
