Adventure Forest is an accrobranche park located in Castellane, in the Verdon region of France. The park offers a range of courses to suit all levels, from the junior course for children from 1.20 m upwards, to the adventure course for adults over 1.40 m tall. There's also a pitchoun course for toddlers between 1m and 1.20m tall.

Explore the forest site as you stroll from tree to tree through a variety of aerial workshops, including climbing nets, tree houses, zip lines and flying swings. In all, nearly forty-seven workshops are available. Plus, put your climbing skills to the test with the mobile climbing rock. Rated Famille Plus, the courses are designed for children aged 4 to 12, with the climbing rock accessible from age 6.

At the beginning of Estoublon, this beautiful hike will take you to the castle of Trévans by Promenade Saint-Jean, passing through millennia olive groves, the butterfly garden and beautiful lavender fields. As a bonus, you can enjoy local products at the end of the hike.

Choose your itinerary (IGN map: Parc Naturel Régional du Luberon, 1/60 000e; or Michelin map: 81 and 84, 1/200 000e). For those who have already decided, this is a fabulous family walk, where you can take the time to discover nature while getting some exercise. Since summer 2002, 130 km (Forcalquier, Manosque, Lourmarin, Cavaillon section) have been added to the existing 105 km (Cavaillon to Forcalquier, via Apt), for a total loop of 236 km. If you don't want to pedal all that, there are already many sections to enjoy. For example, a 22 km greenway that passes through Apt, or "le pays d'Aigues à vélo", a beautiful 91 km circuit, soon to be marked out.

But if you opt for the 236 km loop, you can start from wherever you want, and will not necessarily need a map. Indeed, to facilitate your orientation, the loop is marked out in both directions. But don't forget to bring sun cream, sunglasses, a cap and a bottle of water! The stages are punctuated by perched villages, Provençal landscapes, bories, lavender with stops for tasting local products, this 5 to 7 day route guarantees pleasure and discovery!

There are many walks in the vicinity of Sisteron. The "botanical trail of Molard" is one of them, which we highly recommend for its accessibility, its natural beauty and its fun aspect. It lasts about two and a half to three hours and is easy to walk with its red and white GR6 markings, as well as ONF markings. Along the way, you will discover 7 stations presenting the forest environment and its species.

You will thus walk through the Molard massif, whose forest covers 25 ha spread out from 500 m to 748 m of altitude. Located at the gates of Sisteron, which it dominates with its presence, it is its garden, its green lung. It represents a remarkable example of regeneration of the vegetation and protection of the environment. Take the botanical path called "montée du Molard" on the edge of the Sisteron municipal forest. Follow it to the end. Turn right onto the Cedar Tourist Trail. After four hairpin bends and a power line, go left towards the Molard ridge. Continue on the slope of this ridge until you reach the orientation table which allows you to observe the whole of the Sisters' country. You will find a small refuge nearby. Do not go down towards Sisteron via Combes, but continue on the ridge. At the crossroads, at the level of the high voltage pylon, continue straight on towards the highest point of Molard. Go back down to Sisteron either by the path you took or by Les Combes.

The Fédération Départementale des Chasseurs des Alpes-de-Haute-Provence, based in Digne-les-Bains, is responsible for managing hunting in the département. What's more, the varied landscapes of the Alpes-de-Haute-Provence, such as the Gorges du Verdon, the Ubaye valley and the Valensole plateaux, offer magnificent backdrops for horseback riding. Thrill-seekers can also enjoy a descent of the Crête de Lure.

Want to discover nature in a different way? On the website of this association dedicated to local ecotourism, you will find a multitude of addresses, activities, discoveries and more or less unusual proposals on the paths of the Mercantour. For example, renting a donkey from the Hameau de la Foux. You can go alone on the paths of the Haut-Verdon or accompanied to the rhythm of the donkeys, from the sunny crests to the forgotten hamlets. The Sauze area has 5 marked but ungroomed hiking trails in a preserved environment. Among them, some are even decorated with games of tracks to add a playful dimension to this activity already full of assets. If you are a beginner, we particularly recommend the "La Rente-Le Super Sauze-La Rente" circuit. Finally, you can be accompanied by a professional guide.

If snow were to stop the race on foot in winter, then something else will have to be found! The northern area of Saint-Paul-sur-Ubaye, with its 8 kilometres of dammée track, allows you to start the trail and walk on snow. Rest assured, if these terms can impress, you can make progress at your own pace and according to your level! You are between 1400 and 1600 metres of altitude, in the beautiful course of this wild, preserved and snowy nature: Your usual jogging will suddenly seem far away!

The town of Peyruis and its surrounding area are extremely suitable for bicycle rides. let us go back to the saddle! This circuit begins with the entrance of the camping Les Cicadas, and develops in the first part in the heart of an agricultural plain where fruit trees reign. Then it penstock the A 51 motorway over a few kilometres. The return to the village can be carried out through the various routes leading to your right: rallongez it or shortchange it as you wish.

Between good friends or with your toddlers, this easy ride by bike invites you to discover the corners of the Durance valley. At the beginning of the ruins of the Marquis de Piosin castle, at the top of the village of Peyruis, it then alternate between trails, trails, grimpettes and dishes. With pedal shots, it will take you successively near the Jas jas, remnant of a past peasant tradition, and then to the Pierre Planted. And there, a few pretty points of view are your journey and can be used for short breaks.

Walk between two waters, or rather between two lands: you are here between the Alpes-de-Haute-Provence and the Alpes-Maritimes. At the beginning of St. Roch's Square in Peyruis, this bike ride presents absolutely no difficulty. It is therefore particularly recommended for families and cyclistes. In the programme: 4,3 km, or about minutes, unless you prefer to stop here or there, to enjoy the surrounding calm. St. Roch Chapel, the Manosque Canal and the Lit bed (small rivers) will delight your short journey. You will then return to a good port by doing half-turn, simply!

Rome to the east, Spain to the west, the Alps of Haute-Provence have been seeing pilgrims for centuries on the way to Santiago de Compostela. From Peipin to Aubignosc, from Peyruis to Ganagobie, the various sections of this mythical journey offer beautiful possibilities for walking through the departmental heritage. A beautiful hike, of easy level, combining forest loop and ridges with distant views. Beyond the nature and discovery of the mountain of Mélan, one of the highlights of the walk will be the visit of Saint Vincent Cave, former hiding during Resistance (predicting a front lamp for the cave visit).
