Cooking courses Marrakech

Personally directed by Chief Rachida Sahnoune, and delivered in a dedicated space, recently arranged by the expansion of the Riad, the workshops are organized by small groups of 4 people maximum. Two workshops are proposed, one around Moroccan gastronomy, the other around Moroccan pastry and the art of mint tea. After you finish your recipe, you will taste it by comparing it to others. A pleasant experience in a privileged setting.

La Vie en Rose lives up to its name! Far from the hustle and bustle of the medina, this guest house is nestled in a green park of 5 hectares. It offers all the comfort for a relaxing stay: swimming pool, terrace, restaurant, massages and beauty treatments. It is also an excellent address to participate in a cooking workshop in a rural setting. On the program: market to select the best products, workshop supervised by an experienced chef, and tasting. Other activities are on the programme: horse riding, table tennis, pétanque and hammam.

The Café Clock is an interactive and friendly space that allows you to learn more about Moroccan culture, with a program at the crossroads of Moroccan arts. Its cooking school offers you to discover grandma's techniques and recipes through the teaching of the head cook. Under her guidance, you will prepare a complete menu, soup, appetizer, main course and dessert. Drinks are offered during the course which lasts from 5 to 6 hours and is limited to 8 people.
