Personally directed by Chief Rachida Sahnoune, and delivered in a dedicated space, recently arranged by the expansion of the Riad, the workshops are organized by small groups of 4 people maximum. Two workshops are proposed, one around Moroccan gastronomy, the other around Moroccan pastry and the art of mint tea. After you finish your recipe, you will taste it by comparing it to others. A pleasant experience in a privileged setting.

We assisted during Oriental pastries, and we liked the experience from beginning to end! How it is for the passion of Rachida and your desire of sharing and dedication and the kindness of the staff of The riad and relaxing setting and calm lieus, we recommend this hotel!

Une expérience a ne pas manquer. Le riad Monceau est un endroit agréable.Le cadre est exceptionnel.Le riad propose un cours de cuisine (une entré et un plat) le matin et un cours de pâtisserie avec préparation du thé à la menthe. La chef Rachida explique avec passion. On déguste ce que l'on a préparé et c'est délicieux ! Une autre manière de découvrir le Maroc.

Experience not to be missed when you are in Marrakech. We had begun book a table dine and we totally cracked for this place we decided to reserve for cooking classes 2 days later (not easy to have place because it does not take more than 4 people per morning).
Absolutely brilliant, very nice. You are directly in (small) cuisine restaurant and it is really LIVE! You learn how to make a Moroccan entrance and tajine, the atmosphere is cheery (a small assistant translates as it can in French and English what the chef explains in... arabic).
Lunch is included (450 dhs); depending on the time you can have lunch by the pool in the patio where inside the restaurant. You leave around 14:3 with the feeling to really have lived something special.
