Craft breweries and microbreweries Haut-Rhin

The brainchild of three childhood friends who were both keen globetrotters and knowledgeable beer enthusiasts, this microbrewery offers hoppy beverages with incomparable flavors, the fruit of the experiences of Luc, Thibaut and Jean-Cyril. These three musketeers of the foam brewery offer classic beers: Cirrus (White India Pale Ale), Mosaïc (Pale Ale), Hindi (India Pale Ale). And then there's Beerstorming, ephemeral brews created to suit the seasons. All this can be enjoyed on site in the Brewup, which combines bar and boutique!

Once you've tasted a G'Sundgo, you'll never drink beer the same way again. There are the classics, like Bonde and Co, a Belgian-style beer with coriander grains, Ambrée d'André, Elsass Porter, an English-style beer, and Elsass IPA. And specials, depending on the season. Ginger in February, cherry in May, elderberry and, of course, the festive Christmas cuvée. The small company, whose beers are classified as AB organic, favors short distribution circuits, and distributes to around twenty outlets in the region.

The Rhine brewery claims to be Elsasser bier, an Alsatian beer. 100% pure malt, it is made with local products (from the Haut-Rhin and Bas-Rhin) and brewed on the one hand in Thierenbach (monthly production of 900 litres) and now next to Mulhouse (monthly production of 5,000 litres). You can therefore taste the production as soon as it has matured with the two draught beers offered for tasting. The schedules are not fixed, it is not uncommon to find the door open earlier in the week and during the day. It seems that drinking beer increases life expectancy by ten years (with a certain moderation), so it would be wrong to deprive yourself!

An experienced beer lover and dynamic entrepreneur, Bérangère Thomen is the creator of this young brewery, which offers craft beers that are, in her image, full of character: Blonde des Chaumes, Ambrée du Chamois, Blanche des Pâturages and other ephemeral brews. To be tasted on the spot and/or to be bought after a commented visit of the place. You can also find the beers of the Brasserie du Marcaire at the grocery store Au Brin de Paille in Colmar. There is no doubt that this small and unique brewery will be talked about for a long time to come!

A microbrewery, KS offers a wide range of craft beers with assertive and surprising tastes. Blonde, white, IPA, brown, HOP, rousse and a Christmas beer are just some of the beers on offer from these passionate brewers, who practice the art of brewing as a sideline. That's why their production, like their opening hours, is limited. The various beers are produced according to the traditional Alsatian method, i.e. low fermentation with an alcohol content that varies but is slightly higher than that of Belgian beers.

Beer has a long history in Alsace! Ansa is brewed in Ensisheim (where it takes its name) and is a big hit! Born of the passion of its creators, it comes in four colors: white, blonde, black and red. But when a microbrewery is thirsty for innovation, it doesn't stop at its star products, hence a fine range of personalized, seasonal beers. Local products, rich in flavor, made with respect for tradition. The brewery also features an Alsatian restaurant and the opportunity to learn the secrets of brewing.

The Brewery of the Welche Country enjoys a well-deserved reputation, as proven by its Bière au Pain, a favorite stamped with 3 stars in the Guide Hachette des Bières 2022! The brewery elaborates its beers with organic malt and the manufacturing residues are recovered by a farmer of the village who recycles them to feed his cows! During your visit, you will be able to taste and buy lager, brown or amber beers, but also delicious beer jams. And... have a picnic in the covered area of the brewery's yard!

Here you can enjoy unfiltered, unpasteurized beers made from Alsatian hops and ingredients that respect our environment. Since spring 2020, the beers of Bisaiguë are certified organic. The range includes a blonde beer, the Schloss Beer, a white beer, the Sommer Beer, an IPA, named Kaeffer Beer and an amber beer with mountain honey, the Fursten Beer. Special and short-lived vintages are created throughout the year.
