A trail crosses this rocky point covered with pine and pine trees close to Tadoussac Bay. Its course offers superb views over the mouth of the Saguenay and the St. Lawrence.

There's no better way to discover the Saguenay-St. Lawrence Marine Park than by sea kayak with an experienced guide. L'Anse à la Cave offers four excursions: À la découverte du Saint-Laurent (half-day or full-day), the 2-day kayak-camping, Les lève-tôt for early risers, and L'Éveil nocturne, which lets you listen to marine mammals using hydrophones. Paddle surfing is also available, both here and in Tadoussac. Lodging at Anse à la Cave (camping, ready-to-camp and rustic huts).

The North Shore is an increasingly popular "boreal" surfing destination. SurfShack therefore offers introductory courses for those who are just starting out, adapted for everyone and respecting your personal limits. Advanced courses are also offered as well as equipment rental for the most autonomous. The paddleboard is also on the program, in the initiation or rental version. As for the shop, you can find everything from wetsuits to boards, accessories and lifestyle clothing.

Tadoussac offers magnificent hiking trails for lovers of nature and picturesque landscapes. The Sentier des Dunes de Tadoussac is one of the most beautiful in Quebec and offers a unique experience. Visitors can also enjoy short strolls through the village, discovering its natural environment, heritage, colorful houses and charming stores. Trails are indicated in dotted blue on the map of Tadoussac. Some trails have been developed by the Parc national du Fjord-du-Saguenay and require the purchase of an access fee, notably the Le Fjord trail. The trails offer panoramic views of the Saguenay Fjord, the St. Lawrence Estuary and the village of Tadoussac. Experienced hikers can even continue their adventure as far as Baie Sainte-Marguerite, with overnight stays in a refuge. The sunsets over the fjord are legendary.
