Interpretation centre on the life of bee and honey. During the visit, you will see an animated film on the subject, bees in a glass hive and a jardin flower garden. This cidery-vineyard is located on a 30-hectare estate and produces, among other things, the famous fire cider, the first of its kind in Quebec. Unlike ice cider, which is made from frost, this product is made from heat. The company also produces ice cider (also a Reserve version), aperitif, sparkling, hopped and aronia, not to mention wines such as the Seyval Blanc - Vidal with citrus aromas, the Rosé with floral and red berry notes, or the Chardonnay with aromas of roasted nuts and honey.
