A reference in Thiérache and a history of impassioned. Every summer, the friendly team of Raymond Predhomme has the honors of the newspaper so much the guests flows and devotes this small combination! The president accommodates you with the smile and will guide you towards the authentic landscapes of Thiérache. One appreciates the various courses proposed with sometimes of beautiful accelerations, in full safety. On Oise or the narrow and fast Tone, there is always material to give pleasure. And the summer, what a happiness to divide a good barbecue after one day sporting! Indeed, the organization is with the small treatments and the embers are hot on your return! Brilliant. Then, no hesitation, take the paddles and come to have fun in family. And if you still have a little energy, you can even rent a mountain bike to set out again on the roads. A beautiful outing to be privileged. Attention, success oblige, the calendar is very charged in summer month.

The Green Island is a bubble where you can find something to spend a pleasant day. The place is divided into four areas: aquatic, fitness and wellness, bowling, restaurant. Why not start the day by the swimming pool with its outdoor river and 75-metre slide that will undoubtedly delight the youngest ones? You will have energy to start a game of bowling or go to the fitness and wellness area (sauna, cardio, massage, spa). At the end of the day, it will be time to refresh oneself at the bar with terrace and pergola, very pleasant in the summer, before regaining some strength in the restaurant with its resolutely tropical atmosphere. All in all, a good day!

The Eurovéloroute3 (or Scandibérique) is the successor to the Green Axis. Inaugurated in June 2014, the circuit is a delight for cyclists and riders alike. The Eurovéloroute3 is a tremendous accelerator for the development of tourism in Thiérache and is part of a desire to open up to Europe. This road crosses the department of Aisne, between Hirson and Quierzy, over a length of 109 kilometres. On a wider scale, the route extends from Trondheim (Norway) to Santiago de Compostela (Spain), over more than 3,000 kilometres. Here, you will be in total communion with nature, in the heart of the bocage, following the course of the Oise river. A green lung to be widely frequented!

Le belvédère du plateau de Californie depuis Craonne

Hiking
4/5

A short loop, very low differences and beautiful views: This is what attracts the most reluctant to walk on foot! The promenade we are offering you is evolving on the Chemin des Dames, the flagship site of the First World War. We are very appreciative of the few interpretive signs that go on the course: if history lessons are a little (too) distant, they remind us of the major points. As you will understand, this discovery tour combines the useful to the pleasant, and is strongly recommended for families with children or adolescents.

Tariff: free.

Distance: 2,5 km.

Duration: 1 h.

Difficulty: very easy.
