The temple of cheese! Sandrine offers farmhouse cheeses made from raw or pasteurized milk from all over France and abroad. A hundred varieties depending on the season. Present on the markets of Les Sables-d'Olonne (Arago, La Chaume), Luçon, La Mothe-Achard, Talmont-Saint-Hilaire. Both a chocolate factory and a delicatessen, Maison d'Oya, which opened in 2020, has already won a number of awards at the Academy of Chocolate's international competition in London, including a gold medal for its Crunchy spread and a bronze medal for its Beauvoir fleur de sel praliné. Florence, a chocolatier, makes these delicacies in her Port Joinville workshop. Chocolates in bar or tasting box format. Also on sale: teas, caviar, truffles and spices.

This delicatessen, surrounded by fine restaurants, is housed in a pretty noirmoutrine mansion just behind the château. It was the brainchild of a former Parisian bookseller of Noirmoutrine origin and a former Belgian sailor. In this pretty store, you'll find local products from France and Italy, including oils (and vinegars), antipasti, pasta, olives, cheeses and cured meats (Pata Negra...). A selection of wines and champagnes, spices, chocolate, preserves and lots of gift ideas.

Biocoop Maraichine is an organic food store. It offers a wide range of organic products, including solid cosmetics, skincare products, bulk produce, seasonal fruit and vegetables, cheese by the slice from local producers, local wines and a selection of organic wines, as well as local Maraîchine meat. Customers can make their purchases in-store or pick them up on site.
