Located in the heart of a 200-hectare property, the La Garangeoire riding centre offers activities for all levels. Different options are available: lessons in the arena, introduction to pony riding and games, forest rides and training days (except in July and August). Another option is horse riding holidays, with accommodation at Castel Camping La Garangeoire, in chalets. Reservation of a chalet gives access to all the services of the campsite: water park, fishing ponds.

The Comité Départemental d'Équitation de la Vendée is the French Equestrian Federation's regional body. It represents some 65 clubs and 58 equestrian organizations belonging to the FFE, as well as 6933 licensed riders in 2022. In 2023, several events will take place, including the resumption of the departmental circuits for Hunter, Eventing, Show Jumping and Dressage, with 4 stages spread across the department. Points obtained at these competitions will count double towards qualification for the French Championships at LAMOTTE BEUVRON. In addition, the Vendée has four sites awarded the "Terre de Jeux 2024" label in preparation for the 2024 Olympic Games.

On a 25-hectare site, with a covered arena, outdoor arena, competition ground and a spring garden, this equestrian farm, which has been awarded the label, offers quality infrastructures and teaching. They can also welcome people with reduced mobility, providing them with adapted equipment. In addition to lessons for all levels, the pony club (and baby pony), trekking, La Tuilerie also offers horse boarding.

This equestrian centre offers various equestrian activities: rides in the countryside around a lake or on the beach, pony club, hikes from one to several days, lessons, half-day to several-day courses, galloping. But also horse boarding in boxes, meadows with or without work, breaking-in with work, sale or deposit-sale of horses. Their objective is to ensure you a relaxed holiday by initiating you or perfecting you, in complete safety.

This club offers leisure riding in the form of outings in the forest, on the beach or in the marshes, but also half-day or 1-day rides for groups of all levels. Also walks of 2 or 3 hours in the middle of nature. To initiate you, a discovery formula of 2 hours on horse or pony for the youngest, who can go for a walk in hand, from 3 years old. The learning curve starts at the age of 5. And, of course, you can improve your skills, prepare for gallops and dressage.

This equestrian centre offers the opportunity to discover horse riding. Qualified instructors, thanks to an adapted pedagogy, welcome beginners and experienced riders. Discover the different disciplines of horse riding for amateurs or in competition. Private lessons for all levels, horse lessons for teenagers and adults, pony and double pony lessons for the youngest, baby pony activity from 4 years old and equi-handi. Also horse boarding, they take care of the work of the horses and ponies.

Do you want to ride all year round or during your stay in the extreme south of the Vendée coast? This equestrian center, open all year round, offers rides and lessons on horseback or in pony, whether you are an experienced rider or a beginner. Different circuits, supervised by a qualified instructor, are proposed: one hour circuit, stroll on the beach, stroll in pony held in hand, accessible to the children from the age of 2 years. There are also 3-hour courses combining theory, practice and rides, for all levels.
