This park is a leisure area that will satisfy the entire family; on 16,5 ha, you will find: picnic area, games, multisport. The forges of Cormorin, also known as the forges of Vibraye, were founded in the ^17th century in a region where there was sufficient wood production to feed the blast furnaces and the flow of the Braye, with its diversion canal, was sufficient to turn the wheels and produce hydraulic energy. From the ^17th century, the quality of the iron from the Champrond forges was renowned as far away as Paris. For 6 generations, until the ^19th century, the forge owners were all from the same family: the Desportes.

4 km from the village of Aubigné-Racan, this Gallo-Roman archaeological site allows you to admire vestiges of the most diverse and preserved buildings of the Sarthe. On this plain already occupied in the Gallo era, set in the second century after J.-C. a theatre of 3 000 places, a market-forum, a large temple and thermal baths. These monumental symbols of romanization will be active until the fourth century after J.-C. Excavated from 1975 by Mr. Lambert and Mr. Rioufreyt, this site has since been restored. It is currently owned by the General Council of La and is being promoted by the association Capra. In an accessible way for persons with reduced mobility and an illustrated signage guide the visitor to the discovery of ancient Sarthe.

At the current location there was already a water mill in the th century. Today, he has belonged to the same family for more than a hundred years. The mill, still in operation to maintain it in state, visits by appointment, with a demonstration of the manufacture of flour between the grinding.
