At 6 minutes from Castelsarrasin and 4 minutes from Moissac, ideally located in a low urbanized area, the Aerodrome of Castelsarrasin - Moissac offers a multitude of aerial activities for the greatest pleasure of enthusiasts, but also that of neophytes. On this easy walk through the heart of the town, you will quickly understand why stone and art are the emblems of Moissac. Starting from the cloister, you will slowly make your way towards the Saint-Pierre abbey church and the tympanum, then, before continuing to the Place des Récollets, make a detour to the former abbey palace. Then take successively the rue du Général-Gras, the rue des Arts and the rue Sainte-Catherine, without missing the beautiful Saint-Jacques church on the way.

On foot or by bike, go to Boudou for this outing to the birds. From the bridge of Coudol you are quickly heading to the leisure base of Saint-Nicolas-de-la-Grave, from which you will enjoy a privileged point of view on the same name, formed by the confluence of the Tarn and the Garonne. If the place is ideal for the practice of nautical activities, it is also a large ornithological reserve, recognized for the diversity of bird species that inhabit it. The observatory is a little further away; to reach it, you will have to walk along the banks of the Garonne over two kilometres. Then continue to the village of Saint-Nicolas-de-la-Grave, before you go back.

The summer swimming pool is open, as its name suggests, from the end of June to the end of August. The grounds are planted with trees and the beaches are grassed, with deckchairs, parasols and a picnic area. The pools: a paddling pool and two pools, one of which is 25 metres long for swimming and playing. In summer, group swimming lessons are available for children. Numerous facilities: table tennis, table football, beach volleyball, beach rugby, beach soccer, for a moment of family relaxation, refreshing and privileged, in a pleasant setting. Inaugurated in 2016, Castelsarrasin's renovated harbour now has around 100 berths and new power points. Boaters have discovered a modernized harbor with more places to call and a spot for a boat ride. The city records more than 15,000 overnight stays on the river. It is a pleasant stopover in the city centre, with a quay extended by a square lined with large trees for a picnic or an evening out.

Since 2011, a "Halte de repos" (rest stop) for hikers and cyclists of the Voie Verte du canal de Garonne, boaters and camper vans has been opened at the port of Valence-d'Agen, in the former public slaughterhouse, on the banks of the canal. It offers sanitary facilities, outdoor picnic tables, a kitchen and barbecue area, a rest room, a car park and a camper van area. The Nautical Stop welcomes you from April to November.

This marina with 28 berths is located a day's sail from Toulouse on the Canal de Garonne. Coming from the Canal du Midi, it will be the first one you meet. Nicknamed "La Cuvette", because of its flood-prone location, it was inaugurated with wooden bleachers in 1908 in front of over 4,000 spectators. Today, the stadium has a capacity of 15,000 and boasts several dressing rooms and recent sports facilities. The Union Sportive Montalbanaise and its supporters invite you to join them at matches at the Stade Sapiac, amidst the green and black flags and shirts in the stands! A great atmosphere!

A golf course with beautiful dimensions (6 400 m of course, 18 holes, par 72, which makes it the longest of the region) at 10 minutes of the city center of Montauban... The course, marked out by many water levels, designed by Yves Bureau, a renowned golf architect, includes a section shaded by hundred-year-old oaks, around the Pra de L'Estang manor. All in all, a beautiful wooded area, for this magnificent peri-urban site. In the club-house of the golf, discover also the shop.

Located in Moissac, the Rand'Eau Loisirs base offers you the opportunity to discover the Tarn and Garonne valleys by bike, canoe, kayak, boat without a license or stand-up paddle. Each activity is available for hire or with an instructor. Those who choose canoeing can try their hand at this sport on the Moissac waterway, or go on a trip (from a few hours to several days). A shuttle can bring you forward, depending on your choice of itinerary.

Every summer, the lake of Saint-Nicolas-de-la-Grave comes back to life. The banks are lined with walkers, camping holidaymakers and children in discovery classes. Swimming is unfortunately forbidden but the leisure centre offers pedal boats, windsurfers, optimists and canoes for hire to explore the 400 hectares of this stretch of water. The only advice is to stay away from the islands, which are home to many species of birds.

Canoe Leisure offers you to discover Saint-Antonin-Noble-Val through the Water. This small village with medieval character is even more appreciated from the river which gives you access to points of view that you could not see from the ground. A journey from 10 kilometres to 18 kilometres from the gorges of Aveyron, from Saint-Antonin to Féneyrols. A free mini-bus will allow you to make the journey only in a sense.

Located near the Saint-Antonin-Noble-Val Bridge, À Canard is a specialist in the discovery of the Gorges of Aveyron in Canoe-Kayak.
