A few kilometres after El Argoub, on your right, notice the large dunes made of white sand strangely resembling sugar breads. Soon on your left, an ocean of smaller dunes extends to Mauritania. The only place to redo the levels of the vehicle and its occupants, about 80 km before the border is at the Hotel Restaurant Station Service Barbas (✆ 05 28 89 79 61).
