Carine and Arnaud Chotard work with their partner duck and goose breeders to transform their farm produce into delicious dishes. All products are homemade, and many have won medals at the Concours Général Agricole. You can buy preserved and semi-cooked foies gras, duck breast stuffed with foie gras, pâtés, rillettes and dry duck sausage with foie gras direct from the farm.

This farm raises fat ducks and free-range pork. The family farm, managed by Delphine and Nicolas, has a canning factory. You will find all the variations of duck, fresh or cooked, and of course the traditional foie gras. But also pork meat, as well as black pudding, sausages or ham... It is a traditional breeding, that the owners will be happy to show you around (make an appointment by phone).

Bastien Beaurain, farmer and canner, raises and processes his ducks. He produces a delicious range of gastronomic specialties with the South-Western stamp: foie gras, stuffed neck, confits, rillettes, pâtés, garbure, cassoulet... Some recipes are out of the ordinary, such as chili con canard, duck with prunes or "bologna" sauce. Bastien not only raises ducks, but also llamas, black pigs, wallabies, goats, donkeys... The park can be visited freely, as long as you respect the quietness of the animals.

This sumptuous estate nestled among the hills only 15 minutes from Auch has been run by the Baylac family since 1860. Michel, accompanied by his daughter Aurélie, perpetuate today the tradition and their know-how through a reasoned agriculture to produce with commitment wines and Armagnac many times medalled. Aurélie will share with you her passion for her profession and her territory through a visit of their 15 ha of vineyards and a tasting of their different products in the cellar. Domaine Saint-Lannes is a winery located in Lagraulet-du-Gers. Since 1955, the Duffour family has been managing this estate and producing quality wines. The vineyards cover an area of 95 hectares, and Domaine Saint-Lannes wines are exported worldwide. The estate emphasizes respect for the terroir and the use of local grape varieties. The clay-limestone soils produce rich, concentrated wines with a unique typicity. The oceanic climate and proximity of the Pyrenees contribute to the aromatic quality of the grapes. Armagnacs, flocs, rosés, whites and reds... All the colours of the Gers are present in this estate which has three. The winegrower selects the most beautiful grapes to raise well typed Côtes-de-Gascogne and flocs. Our palate leans towards the range of red wines, with pronounced accents. The Martissens cuvée is a blend of tannat (90%) and cabernet sauvignon (10%) that goes very well with duck. The cuvée Le Secret de Léna, the top of the range of the estate, is made from hand-picked grapes and aged in barrels.

In a restored farmhouse surrounded by vineyards, the Gratian family invites you to discover their production of Armagnac and Floc de Gascogne white and rosé. Located in the heart of the Ténarèze, the Domaine Polignac organizes a visit of the vineyard and the Armagnac cellar (reception and sales room for individuals and groups).

The Domaine du Pountet lives in the vineyard at the rhythm of nature. It has the astonishing characteristic of vinifying grapes belonging to the Brulhois appellation next to Eauze. Guillaume Combes took over a 13 ha vineyard in Saint-Cirice near Valence-D'agen in 2003. In the respect of the Brulhois PDO, Guillaume makes full-bodied and ripe red wines from a blend of merlot and tannat or 100% Malbec. His rosé and his sweet white wines benefit from the PGI Comté Tolosan. The Domaine du Pountet also harvests and sells its own honey.

Domaine de la Tuilerie is a vineyard located in Roquelaure, in the Gers department. It offers a wide selection of wines and spirits from the Côtes de Gascogne region. The domaine also has a website, domainedelatuilerie-gers.com, where you can find out more about their products and services.

This immense estate comprises over 250 hectares of vines. It is managed with passion by brothers Martin and Mathieu Béraut. Located on the slopes of Pellehaut, the vineyard benefits from ideal terroir and maximum sunshine, giving the wines an incomparable velvety texture. Domaine de Pellehaut offers a wide range of armagnacs and wines under the Côtes-de-Gascogne appellation. Most of the cuvées have won awards and accolades under various labels. Pellehaut wines are true ambassadors of Gers winemaking expertise.

This beautiful family property is located on the road to Miradoux. The domain of Arton extends today on more than 80 ha. Victoire and Patrick de Montal cultivate their vineyard in a traditional way, respecting the vine and the raw material. They produce a wide range of wines, dry white, sweet or mellow, rosé, red, and also the famous Gascon spirit: Armagnac, under the rare appellation of haut-armagnac. Didier Billes also distills other eaux-de-vie. He will be happy to show you the domain and its products.

In a spirit of proximity, this store completes the offer in the Auch region: Biocoop Les Jardins d'Augusta in Auch and Biocoop Les Jardins de Pavie. It features a wide selection of bulk produce from local producers, an exceptionally fresh seasonal fruit and vegetable section, cheeses, a wine cellar and vegan products galore. At Biocoop, it's 100% organic and more: no heated greenhouses, seasonal produce and fair remuneration for producers.

"Duck first," Nadine and Aurélie would tell you! In the shop of the Ferme du Petit Larroudé, the duck is king. Raised in the open air, force-fed in the old-fashioned way with grain corn from the farm's own production, it is carefully cooked. You will find all the typical recipes you love: pâtés, rillettes, garbure, confit, foie gras... all at a very affordable price for an undeniable quality! In the small shop with its exposed beams, charm and friendliness are waiting for you. The mistresses of the place also offer a superb gîte in a traditional Gascon house.

Biocoop - Les Jardins d'Augusta offers a wide selection of organic produce in Auch. Fruit and vegetables are renewed daily, mostly from local producers. Customers appreciate the bulk products, butchery, cheese and delicatessen sections. Les Jardins d'Augusta also offers a full range of home care, hygiene and beauty products, as well as baby products.

Nicolas, Yann and Sébastien discovered beer during their student years in Amiens and Lille. They loved it so much, they decided to become brewers. They set up in Miradoux in 2012 and equipped themselves with a 100-liter brewery. Neither too big, to be able to continue brewing by hand, nor too small, to be able to satisfy enthusiasts. The three companions perpetuate a tradition of good organic beers, unfiltered, unpasteurized and refermented in the bottle.

Romain will welcome you in this warm cellar and will impress you with his technical knowledge and his tasting skills. He offers a nice selection of wines from the region (Chiroulet, Pellehaut, Côte d'Heux, Uby...) and will be able to explain to you all the subtleties of the Côtes-de-Gascogne, some of which really deserve to be discovered. Out-of-age Armagnacs, "folle blanche", vintage champagnes, exceptional spirits and a thorough exploration of the Languedoc region always allow to find an interesting bottle.

The Condom market is held below Place Saint-Pierre in the pretty covered market hall. Twice a week, local producers take over the stalls to offer Condom residents a fine selection of typical products: fruit and vegetables, poultry, preserves... The market is essentially a food market. In summer, of course, you'll find more shoppers, and more stalls of local producers welcoming you in good spirits. It's best to come early for a wide choice. The market is also held on Sunday mornings on boulevard Saint-Jacques.

Château Gensac not only offers the opportunity to taste exceptional wines and armagnacs, but also to lift a corner of the veil on the sumptuous ^13th-century residence. The estate extends over 300 hectares of meadows where thoroughbreds roam in semi-freedom. Well-known grape varieties such as tannat, merlot, semillon and petit manseng are grown here. But also rarer varieties such as fer servadou or petit courbu. The Château also distills its Armagnac in an ultra-modern winery located next to the ^14th-century private chapel.

In this early produce store, the fruit and vegetables on the shelves come mainly from local producers. As the seasons go by, you'll find green asparagus, melon from Lectoure, garlic from Saint-Clar, kiwis from the Adour... Many restaurants and local authorities buy their produce here. A delicatessen completes the range, as does a cheese counter. Castelfruits puts together colorful, generously-stocked baskets that can be delivered free of charge to the Gers capital. A talented pastry chef in Auch! Eric Messerer makes traditional pastries such as Paris-Brest and Saint-Honoré to order, then lets his creativity explode with pièces montées, personalized wedding and birthday cakes, and mignardises. Chocolate is also given pride of place, with homemade bonbons and rich, fragrant hot chocolate to be enjoyed on the premises. For tea lovers, over a hundred flavors are sold in bulk.

Under the arcades of Place Gambetta, this boutique nestled in a small pink brick house offers the best of the Gers terroir. A large sign displays the products, which come directly from the farm. The farm is owned by the Gesta family of Ferme En Castéra, who have been raising, feeding and processing ducks for over forty years. Prices here are the same as on the farm. You can stock up on local rillettes, pâtés, ready-made meals, foies gras and confits, or leave with a beautifully prepared basket.

For 3 generations, the Boutines family has raised, fed and processed ducks in the purest Gers tradition. Come and stock up on goose or duck foie gras, half-cooked, canned or block, liver pâté, stuffed duck hearts... In addition to the sale of the department's wines and the house's ready-made dishes: garbure, cassoulet, cooked beans, duck neck stuffed with foie gras, green lentils with duck gizzards confit or with manchons, duck breasts with Madeira sauce, stewed duck breast with Madiran...

The Leclerc store located in the Clarac business park includes all the services you would expect from a hypermarket and even more. Gas station, mechanic workshop, caterer, parapharmacy, travel agency, cultural space, beauty salon, drive... everything is done to make your life easier. The hypermarket also has a cafeteria, Le Wallaby. The meals are cooked on the spot with fresh products in their great majority. The chefs prepare a range of starters and desserts and 5 different hot dishes every day.

Fabien Candelon and Nicolas Rico, two childhood friends, set up their organic black garlic factory in 2019. And since then, their small business does not know the crisis. It is 6 tons of garlic heads that come out of the oven each year. They supply themselves exclusively with organic garlic from producers in Lomagne. They have developed a range of products, from whole heads to peeled cloves, including black garlic paste, a mustard and a flavored honey, and even an organic beer made by Jean Brasse. These products are available directly from the lab at the farm.

In 2023, artisan baker Vincent Ponzevera took over the local bakery. Breads, viennoiseries and cakes are made in his second store in Valence-sur-Baïse and delivered here to supply Castéro residents and visitors. The traditional croissants and chocolatines share the window with lemon tarts, Gascon croustades and original creations such as carachoco, made with chocolate mousse. There's also a small shelf of local products.

Just 5 km from Auch, on the slopes of Pavie, discover Isabelle and Georges' organic ewe's milk cheeses every Saturday: smooth, tasty fresh cheeses made with passion by these passionate farmers. They also offer other delicious products made from their sheep's milk: tomme with Espelette chilli pepper, brousse, fromage blanc, milk chocolate cream, bouchons apéro... You'll find them at local Christmas markets and at local farmers' markets (Pavie, Lavardens) in fine weather.

It's impossible to miss Lou Ptit Mercat on the road between Vic-Fezensac and Nogaro. This imposing red sign in the heart of Manciet invites you to take a detour to stock up on products in the colors of Gascony. Here, you can fill your basket with wine and armagnac, vegetables, fruit, farmhouse cheeses, bread, honey, eggs and meat. Gift sets are also available. More than just a store, Jean-Christophe Darbeau wanted to create a real space for exchange, with regular events and tastings.

This small organic grocery store in the heart of the town allows locals and visitors alike to stock up on organic, local and ethical food products, most of which are sold in bulk. Uby was created by the Morel family in 1920. Passed on from generation to generation, the domain's philosophy is to produce wines of pleasure, quality, conviviality and sharing in the image of the wines of Gascony and the region.
