This multi-activity leisure centre - created by the team of viaduct boatmen - is located at the entrance to Millau. It offers canoeing down the Tarn. For sport lovers, we also offer a via ferrata in the Tarn gorges, stand up paddle on a stretch of water or in the river, but also rental equipment to venture on the via ferrata courses. Everything you could dream of doing in the area to discover the riches of this wild nature, with a team attentive to the needs and difficulties of each person.

It is at the foot of the castle of Najac, on the banks of the river Aveyron, that this municipal open air and heated swimming pool is located. You will also find a fishing course nearby. The equipment consists of three pools, one of which is a paddling pool, a training pool and another with a diving board and a diving pit. The swimming area is supervised; the lifeguards, in addition to ensuring safety, give lessons and offer activities throughout the season. You will enjoy spending time here with your family or friends.

On the Aveyron and the Viaur, qualified instructors supervise the practice of various water sports: canoeing, kayaking, rafting, paddle and even mountain biking and electrically assisted bicycles, to be practiced along the rivers and on the surrounding slopes. They rent out or supervise groups and individuals in introductory or advanced sessions. The most enthusiastic can be tempted by excursions or multi-activity courses in the area.

The Departmental Orienteering Committee has set up several circuits in the vicinity of the Peyrebrune tower, designed as an introduction to orienteering. All you have to do is bring special maps and reach the markers along the routes, which are accessible to all. Maps are available on request from the Comité Départemental de la Course d'Orientation, the town hall of Villefranche and Alrance and the Pareloup-Lévézou tourist office in Pont-de-Salars.

Most of the little Aveyronnais have taken their first steps on the water in this centre which has a sailing school. You will discover in optimal conditions these nautical activities which will make you fully appreciate the lake. Thanks to its surface, and the wind which blows there, the lake lends itself, indeed, with the training and the practice of the catamaran, the windsurfing, the canoe... The CYVP is also a campground where you can stay close by and at a lower cost.

With its name - Beware of the Wolf! - this lake is one of the largest lakes in the south of the country with a surface area of over 1,200 hectares. Supervised beaches in summer, as well as numerous games and sports facilities, make for a busy day. Water sports activities are the main attraction (sailing, windsurfing, catamaran, canoeing, rowing, towed buoys, jet-skiing...), but mountain bikers and walkers, not forgetting fishermen, will appreciate this peaceful setting of lakes, pastures and forests between the valleys of the Tarn and the Aveyron.

On the menu: water hiking, tree climbing, climbing, or 6 feet underground, around a good sausage and a aligot-magret, sliding all schuss along a canyon ... Vert Tea Jeu offers an anthology of outdoor recreation, super fun and accessible to all generations. The team has found the best spots in Aveyron for kayaking, caving or via ferrata. Along the Lot river in Espalion, at the bottom of the canyons of Salles-la-Source or on the trees of Combelles, in the water or high up, Vert Tea Jeu invites you to get a maximum of sensations.

This nautical leisure base offers protected and marked out spaces, more than 3 km of navigation on the Lot and a whole range of activities and services: miniature boat rental, canoes, pedal boats, walking boats, playground, mini-golf, skateboard, tennis, picnic area. In the heart of the Regional Natural Park of the Grandes Causses, the nautical base Les Chemins de Traverse invites you to challenge the waters of the Tarn, which alternate rapids, calm passages and small beaches for breaks. Two courses are proposed: the descent of Cardelles (7 km), and the descent of Connac (14 km). The rental price includes a bus ride to allow you to do only the descent of the river. These itineraries offer you the beautiful landscapes of the Tarn valley and a privileged encounter with the local fauna and flora.

From April to September, you can explore the Gorges du Tarn and Jonte on a canoe-kayak, alone or in several. The choice of course is made on the map. Those who already feel ready can directly attack the main dish: calm, hectic or hiking course, depending on your appetite. And to gently digest, a shuttle will pick you up in the place to get back to the base.

Beginners and families will find their happiness in Villefranche thanks to the kayaks of the Sports and Nature Association. Those who try water sports for the first time will be able to rent a boat on time to train on the water, with or without a monitor. Next, the association offers a tour of the city known as "Hike des Moulins". A monitor will accompany you for two hours to guide you and present you the sights of the city from water. In addition, you will learn to cross the dams through playful slides designed specifically for canoes.

Canyoning, via ferrata, climbing, caving: Esprit Nature Canoe is the specialist in the discovery of the Gorges of the Tarn in all its forms. However, the most accessible activity remains kayaking: river runs can be organized in formula kayaks or tandem canoes. The choice of course depends on your level: two family courses of 7 km and 14 km connecting Lights to Peyrelade or Rose, while three sports courses of 11 km, 17 km and 24 km depart from Vineyards. Rental rates include a shuttle journey to the chosen location.

Located on the banks of the Lot, Bouillac's nautical base offers you the opportunity to discover rowing and canoeing. Up to three people can ride on the same boat, ideal for a sport moment with family or friends. Several different pathways of intensities are accessible from the base. The shortest, 2 h, is a round-trip between the base and La Roque-Bouillac. The other courses are in a sense only, the longest way to reach Grand-Vabre in 27 km.

The 7 km course is ideal for families with small children or for people who are afraid of falling into the water. Those who are more experienced will choose the 11 km course starting from Les Vignes. You can discover, in turn, the fauna and flora, the perched and troglodyte villages, without forgetting to negotiate the numerous "rapids". By combining the two courses, the endurance course will take you over 18 km.

This canoeing base, run by seasoned sportsmen and women, is located in Comprégnac, on the grounds of Le Katalpa campsite. A privileged spot to offer their customers real adventures in nature.
