These will then return to a good port by taking the shaded road of Black Wood, which will lead them to a remarkable point of view at the height of Sermet.

Departure in Versols-et-Lapeyre for this mountain biking route, the eighth circuit developed by the tourist office of Saint-Affricain. Before climbing, a visit of Versols is necessary to immerse you with the charm of this fortified village and to discover its castle. Your itinerary will then take you on both sides of the Verzolet Creek, which will accompany you all along. Easy to access and low uneven (130 metres), it presents itself as a good option for a family outing.

SwinUp is a brand-new adventure at the handlebars of a strange machine called an electric spider. This all-terrain vehicle, which can be piloted by people with reduced mobility, allows you to thread your way over any terrain and discover the Aveyron landscapes, particularly those around Bozouls and its famous canyon. Hikes can be done with a guide, in discovery mode or by the half-day. You'll appreciate how quiet these electric quadricycles are, and how easy and affordable they are to drive - provided you've got a driver's license!

In the heart of the Regional Natural Park of the Grandes Causses, the nautical base Les Chemins de Traverse invites you to challenge the waters of the Tarn, which alternate rapids, calm passages and small beaches for breaks. Two courses are proposed: the descent of Cardelles (7 km), and the descent of Connac (14 km). The rental price includes a bus ride to allow you to do only the descent of the river. These itineraries offer you the beautiful landscapes of the Tarn valley and a privileged encounter with the local fauna and flora.

From April to September, you can explore the Gorges du Tarn and Jonte on a canoe-kayak, alone or in several. The choice of course is made on the map. Beginners and families will find their happiness in Villefranche thanks to the kayaks of the Sports and Nature Association. Those who try water sports for the first time will be able to rent a boat on time to train on the water, with or without a monitor. Next, the association offers a tour of the city known as "Hike des Moulins". A monitor will accompany you for two hours to guide you and present you the sights of the city from water. In addition, you will learn to cross the dams through playful slides designed specifically for canoes.

Canyoning, via ferrata, climbing, caving: Esprit Nature Canoe is the specialist in the discovery of the Gorges of the Tarn in all its forms. However, the most accessible activity remains kayaking: river runs can be organized in formula kayaks or tandem canoes. The choice of course depends on your level: two family courses of 7 km and 14 km connecting Lights to Peyrelade or Rose, while three sports courses of 11 km, 17 km and 24 km depart from Vineyards. Located on the banks of the Lot, Bouillac's nautical base offers you the opportunity to discover rowing and canoeing. Up to three people can ride on the same boat, ideal for a sport moment with family or friends. Several different pathways of intensities are accessible from the base. The shortest, 2 h, is a round-trip between the base and La Roque-Bouillac. The other courses are in a sense only, the longest way to reach Grand-Vabre in 27 km.

Nadine Villefranque has made it an essential place for fishermen for over thirty years. Nadine, always smiling and friendly, also sells classic tobacco products with more carterie, papèterie, travel guides (Petit Smart), confectionery, postcards, and especially fishing items: hooks, bait, lines… Each year it organises a fishing competition. The Grand Rodez golf course is located on a vast 45-hectare site near the Château de Fontanges in Onet-le-Château. It has a training area, a clubhouse and two very pleasant courses of 6 and 18 holes. You can discover, in turn, the fauna and flora, the perched and troglodyte villages, without forgetting to negotiate the numerous "rapids". By combining the two courses, the endurance course will take you over 18 km.

Guided by a professional, you learn how to make a knife. Benoit welcomes you to his craft workshop in the heart of the village where you can also simply attend the assembly of the famous knife and discover the traditional forge to create unique pieces in the ancestral art of damask. Benoit will show you the steps of the assembly of a Laguiole, guillochage, adjustment of the handle, shaping... The trainee leaves with his knife.

This canoeing base, run by seasoned sportsmen and women, is located in Comprégnac, on the grounds of Le Katalpa campsite. A privileged spot to offer their customers real adventures in nature. Visitors can enjoy go-karting, inflatable games, trampolines and much more. The average visit lasts between 1 and 3.5 hours.

With two take-off sites in Occitania - one in the Tarn, 20 minutes from Toulouse; and the other in Aveyron, near Lake Pareloup- Atmosph'air proposes to take you up to heaven. Created in 2010 by pilot Laurent Pailhous, this unique airline company has three hot air balloons in its fleet to fly over the most beautiful villages and sites in both departments. The trip lasts one hour and ends with the Toast of the balloonist, a snack with Occitan flavours.
